"Determination"

“Determination”

I am doing a great work and I cannot come down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and come down to you?

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

If we only had the determination that our Precious Father has; as stated above He is busy preparing a place for us with great determination He does this for us. How blessed we are to have someone that knows us and gives us a heart to be determined to succeed in life. I can remember back in June of 1998 when I had lost all determination to do anything, including life. I watched as my dad lay in severe pain and how he was determined to do whatever it would take to just have a few more days. I didn’t understand that kind of determination, all I saw was pain, and wondered why he would want to go thru more. Now all these years later I see that his determination came for his love for his children and wife, just as Jesus’ determination is for us. Dad didn’t want to see his family in pain, he hated for us to cry. He was determined to leave my mom in a good place; he wanted to know that she would be taken care of.

I found this quote and I thought how perfect it was, how it is something that God has already done for us, when He sent His son to die on that cross for us. This is true determination.

I don't think anything is unrealistic if you believe you can do it. I think if you are determined enough and willing to pay the price, you can get it done.

Galatians 5:19-21 Determination is the ability to make difficult decisions and accomplish God's goals based on the truths of God's Word, regardless of the resistance that may be encountered. It is the ability to set ourselves toward Godly pursuits, and not allow ourselves to be distracted or discouraged. Righteous Determination requires our persistence to overcome barriers that hold us back--those that can be overcome by more effort, clear goals, and help from others. Obstacles that are wrong, or laden with sin are the ones to hurdle first. We are to honor obstacles and the timing that God gives, and not rush through with matters to which we are not called. Our study of His Word, our prayer life, and listening to good, Godly advice will be our keys to unlocking the right doors and making sure we do not open the wrong ones. Our Determination needs to be governed by righteous desire, commitment, and dedication to God’s principles. You are on the right track if you have the desire to transform laziness or wrong direction into ways you can improve with good, Biblical, quality goals. If we are driven by pride or just the motivation to excel at all cost, it is a good observation that our determination is not of God or His Godly purpose.

Father I ask today for the determination necessary and wisdom to do a work for you that you will be proud of. I thank you today for your determination in loving me while preparing a new place for me to live one day. A safe place to live at your feet. Thank you father for everything, and thank you for your daily forgiveness. I love you precious Father in Jesus Holy name!

Is Anger Forgiveable

Is Anger ever good?
What does the Bible tell us about anger? Today I woke up in a really good mood; unfortunately it was very short lived. I got angry, upset, and downright mad. First, I find out the one I need to talk too, cant due to a practical joke, imagine that...the 2nd a dear friend cuts me off with excuses she has to do something, not that she didn’t, but she had let me down yesterday, so why bother believing her today, and then the one who I knew I could share with today, tells me they are angry and don’t want to talk today. Ok so I am going straight to God with all this and asking Him how can I help each of them before I too am so angry I will be telling the next one who contacts me that I don’t want to be bothered I am angry…so let’s see what God can offer us on this subject. Anger can shatter communication and tear apart relationships, and it ruins both the joy and health of many.

Did you know that sometimes Anger isn’t a sin, I didn’t till I was reading that there is an anger called “righteous indignation” God also is angry: Psalm 7:11 11God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. And believers are commanded to be angry in Ephesians 4:26 it says, be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath problems. Remember when Paul was confronting Peter because of his wrong examples. Galatians 2:11-14, 11But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. 12For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. 13And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. 14But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?
Remember when Jesus was angry because some of the Jews had defiled the worship at God’s temple in Jerusalem (John 2:13-18)
These are not issues bout anger as much as a defense of others or of a principle.

 On the other hand anger does turn to sin when it is selfishly motivated as in James 1:20, 20 for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. This is when God’s goal is distorted. Instead of using energy that is brought on by anger to attack a problem, we attack the person instead. In Ephesians 4:15-19 you will find it tells us to speak the truth in love and use words that will build others up, not to let bad words or harmful words spew from our mouths. This is the characteristic of a man who knoweth not God and it is so poisonous. So now it has become a sin because you allowed it to boil over; you didn’t stop and think you let it boil up until you exploded in which you hurt many, and who knows now if it can be fixed. Did you know that if you can’t or aren’t willing to be helped during this time that too is a sin. If you are finding yourself depressed, talk to God about this type of anger, let Him help you to get to the root of the problem before it is too late. Confess to those that you hurt but also to God, don’t give excuses or try to put the blame on others. Proverbs 28:13 13 whoever conceals his transgressions will not prospers but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.

Remember nothing happens to us that God doesn’t allow.

God is a good God (Psalm 145:8, 9, 17) who allows all things in our lives for our good and the good of others. Reflecting on this truth until it moves from our heads to our hearts will alter how we react to those who hurt us.

Genesis 50:19 and Romans 12:19 both tell us to not play God. God is righteous and just, and we can trust Him who knows all and sees all to act justly

Follow just a couple of truths and you too can learn to deal with anger different
1) Be honest and speak (Ephesians 4:15, 25). People cannot read our minds. We must speak the truth in love
2) Stay current (Ephesians 4:26-27). We must not allow what is bothering us to build up until we lose control. Dealing with and sharing what is bothering us before it gets to that point is important.
3) Attack the problem, not the person (Ephesians 4:29, 31). Along this line, we must remember the importance of keeping the volume of our voices low (Proverbs 15:1).
4) Act, not react (Ephesians 4:31-32). Because of our fallen nature, our first impulse is often a sinful one (v. 31). The time spent in “counting to ten” should be used to reflect upon the godly way to respond (v. 32) and to remind ourselves how anger is to be used to solve problems and not create bigger ones.

You will never be able to control others, but surely as God is your Father you can control yourself.

So today Father I ask that you help those that are angry today and help them to restore their faith in you and to follow just these 4 simple steps at regaining themselves. We thank you for this healing Lord for it too is a sickness that we as humans create, but thru you All things are possible, including a clear conscious and mind. I thank you for this healing and word today in Jesus Holy Name. Amen!

False Prophets

“False Teachers”
How do we go about knowing when we are talking to someone who really is a child of God? Jesus warned us that “false Christ’s and false prophets” will come and will attempt to deceive even God’s elect (Matthew 24:23-27; see also 2 Peter 3:3 and Jude 17-18). The best way to guard yourself against alse teachers is to know the truth. To spot a fake, study the real thing. Any believer who “correctly handles the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15) and who makes a careful study of the Bible can identify false teachings. Jesus said “a tree is recognized by its fruit” (Matthew 12:33).

 1) What does this teacher say about Jesus? In Matthew 16:15-16, Jesus asks, “Who do you say I am?” Peter answers, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” and for this answer Peter is called “blessed.” In 2 John 9, we read, “Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son; beware of anyone who denies that Jesus is equal with God, who downplays Jesus’ sacrificial death, or who rejects Jesus’ humanity. First John 2:22 says, “Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist—he denies the Father and the Son.”

2) Does this teacher preach the gospel? The gospel is good news concerning Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). As nice as they sound, the statements “God loves you,” “God wants us to feed the hungry,” and “God wants you to be wealthy” are not the complete message of the gospel. As Paul warns in Galatians 1:7, “Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.” No one, not even a great preacher, has the right to change the message that God gave us. “If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!” (Galatians 1:9).

3) Does this teacher exhibit character qualities that glorify the Lord? Speaking of false teachers, Jude 11 says, “They have taken the way of Cain; they have rushed for profit into Balaam’s error; they have been destroyed in Korah’s rebellion. A false teacher can be known by his pride (Cain’s rejection of God’s plan), greed (Balaam’s prophesying for money), and rebellion (Korah’s promotion of himself over Moses). Jesus said to beware of such people and that we would know them by their fruits (Matthew 7:15-20).

These are all good ways of knowing who you are talking to and when to know when to walk away. Please remember God will not lead you astray as people will, God’s children do not make false predictions or tell you they know when Jesus will return, for the Word tells us no man has these answers. Only God himself knows of this return. Always remain true to God’s word the bible, don’t let others lead you astray. If you feel you are being taught wrong in the House of Worship, don’t stay, find a home where you will know His Almighty presence.

Father, I come to you in Jesus name and I ask for guidance and wisdom as I try to follow the path that you have set for me. I ask Father that I never give advice unless it’s of you that Father you will give me the answers to peoples questions..Help me to know when I am not qualified to answer, or when I just need to get into prayer and study before answering. Thank you Father for you divine forgiveness as I ask for you mercy and forgiveness today, I love you and thank you in Jesus Name, Amen!

"Destination Truth"

A search for real truth begins with searching the heart of our Father in Heaven. Thru His word we can find who we are and what His plan for us is. We can learn of His love for us just in how He sacrificed His own son Jesus Christ on the cross for us. God’s word offers us all hope. Let’s look at what His plan is for us. We each need to know God’s will for us to get to the destination that we seek, which is the Truth. Below you will see a few of the things that I feel are necessary to see God’s will.


Be in harmony with God's Word and Law

Psalms 40:81 I delight to do thy will, thy law

is within my heart.


Be willing to do God's will

James 4:13-15 You shouldn't be planning

your own life. You should be trying to do God's will.


Faithful prayer for guidance

I John 5:14 You can have confidence that if you

ask according to God's will,

He will hear you


Do what lies nearest you first!

John 16:12 God has many things to tell us,

but we can't bear them now. Do what you can do

and what you know to be correct, right now.

Then He will show you what to do next


Give Glory to God

Revelation 14:7 Part of the last warning messages

to the world contain these instructions

"give glory to Him".


Whose side are you on?

Mark 9:42 Don't hurt ever, the least

of God's children.


Seek Godly Counsil

Proverbs 11:14 There is safety in a multitude of counselors.


Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit

Isaiah 30:20-21 Though you go through adversity and affliction, God will talk to you. You will hear a voice behind you as you turn to the right or left.

Wait on the Lord


Psalms 37:4-7 Rest in the Lord and wait patiently

for Him.

these steps move forward in the Lord.

I hope that this will help you as it has me in finding your destination of Truth that the Lord has in store for us all. I know that walking for Jesus isn’t always easy to do, there are so many temptations that set us back, that is where you have to remember Jesus died on the cross so that we could be forgiven, so if you haven’t already done so, get in prayer and ask for forgiveness so you too can start this journey with Christ. Young King Josiah

King Josiah
Who was this young 8 year old, what would he do to make a difference. How many of you have children? In our minds an 8 year old is into soccer, football, video games, can you imagine how the mother of Josiah must have felt when he was told he would be king? How many 8 year olds do you know who be able to take on such a task, knowing he could be killed. Let’s look at what King Josiah would bring to the table.
Josiah lived in a palace in Jerusalem and was king of Judah. Josiah becomes the youngest king when he was crowned at the age of eight. He reigned for 31 years and was known for following the word of God and lived his life obedient to the Lord. 2 Kings 2:22 in the Old Testament tell us about King Josiah and his life.
Josiah's palace wasn't the most important building in Jerusalem. That was the Temple, where the people of Judah worshipped God. But when Josiah became king, the Temple was in a terrible state. Its walls were crumbling and its roof leaked. Josiah loved God. So, he ordered that the Temple be repaired. When all the money to repair the Temple was gathered in, carpenters and builders began the work. They hadn't been working for very long when they found something amazing. It was a book of God's rules, which had been lost for years and years. The Book was taken to Josiah. When God's rules were read out to him, Josiah became very upset and tore his clothes. He was upset because he now knew that he and everyone else in Judah had been doing things which were against God's rules. Josiah called a meeting of all the people of Judah. They met at the Temple, where Josiah read out to them all of God's rules. Before the people, Josiah made a promise to follow God and to keep His rules. Josiah made the people do the same. Then Josiah made some changes. Across the whole of Judah, he ordered that any statues and altars of other gods be smashed and beaten into dust. Everyone was to follow the one, true God. To celebrate these changes, Josiah invited everyone to a massive festival in Jerusalem, where they ate lots of food and sang hymns to God. The celebrations lasted seven days. It was the biggest and best festival that anyone could ever remember.
I am not sure how long the laws had been hidden in that great temple or how it would be that Josiah would be the one who could take them and put order back into a country that had went astray, worshipping false idols, building of false gods. This young 8 year old would go on to teach this country Gods way and putting the original laws back in effect, but note when you read this hysterical story, that people didn’t go against him, they admired this young man and began to destroy their own idols and start following the rules of the most chosen, Jesus Christ.
God’s word tells u to be likening the children in our hearts, young and innocent. Let us start today and follow the wisdom of this young king. King Josiah may have lost his youth, but he gained an eternal life.

"Don't Be Foolish in God's Eyes"

“Don’t Be Foolish in Christ”

Do you try to make decisions in your life without going to God? Do you find yourself lost and struggling? We all have at some time or another in our life because we are stubborn, or in some cases just plain ignorant. We like to believe we are intelligent enough to get thru the rough times alone. Folks, I tell you, you might get thru, but you won’t be successful. You must go thru Jesus to be successful and not look foolish in God’s eyes. The story of David says it all.

Young David was foolish to think he could succeed where the army or Israel had failed. The Philistines were mighty, they were mean, and they were excellent fighters. They had been unstoppable as they marched throughout the lands of the Middle East. What chance had one small boy against the leader of the mightiest fighting machine in history?
Alone, David would not have stood a chance, but David was not alone. As young as David was, he still had the wisdom to call upon God for help in his time of greatest need. Faith is the most powerful force in the universe, and it knows no age. The faith of a child is every bit as mighty as the faith of an older man or woman.
As we face problems that seem much too great for us to handle alone, we need to understand that the same problem is as nothing in the face of God. God is on our side and He will surely help us whenever we call upon Him. David would not have faced his Goliath without God on his side. Should we ever face our own Goliath s without Him?
Prayer: Lord, send your might to see me through the storms of life. When trials seem too gigantic to handle, be the source of my strength. Deliver me and comfort me Protect all my family and friends from harm’s way, and help us each to realize that we cannot stand alone, for God is the power, He rules all that is of and within this universe. I love you Father in Jesus Holy Name. Amen!

"The Sycomore Tree"

Zacchaeus was a wealthy citizen of Jericho. He was very disliked, he was the chief tax collector. He had more opportunities than anyone for wrong doing, which had given him a bad reputation. Jesus and some others were on there wey to Jerusalem for the Passover. This was a custom for people to gather in the streets as a welcome when an important group passed through. Jericho was crowded that day. So many had come to see Jesus of Nazareth, they had heard so much about Him and now they wanted to see him for theirselves. Well, Zachhaeus went to see Jesus as well, but soon saw that it was too crowded and was impossible, he was just a short guy and everyone was pushing against him. Zachhaeus saw an opportunity and he ran for it. the big sycamore tree, he climbed it as fast as possible. As Jesus walked thru He saw Zacchaeus in the tree and surprised all by saying "Zacchaeus, hurry down, for today I will stay at your home". can you imagine Jesus saying He was coming to your home, i bet Zacchaeus bout fell out of that tree, i know i would have. Zacchaeus was so happy, he just didn't understand why Jesus was being so friendly to him, now the crowd was in shock that Jesus would want to come to his home, he was a sinner, could Jesus not see what they already knew. but, see there was something important to come of this and it did, Zacchaeus for the first time stood before Jesus and saw himself for the first time, what others had seen all along. At this time he vowed before Jesus that he would pay back, four times over any amounts he had taken unjustly and give to the poor. See Jesus knew all along that this was Zacchaeus day, that he would be transformed, are you ready for your day? Is your house in order so that Jesus can come in. Please hear today as the people did back on this day esus' words: "This day is salvation come to this house...For the "Son of Man" is come to seek and save that which was lost. Amen...Father I am ready, please forgive all my sins and lead me in your direction, I welcome you into my home, my heart and my soul, In Jesus Name, Amen.

"Gods Calling"

“God’s calling”
As I sit here I meander what my calling in life is, am I enjoying life or just existing day to day? I have wasted so much time, just being lost and not fulfilling any of my dreams or anything I feel I have been called to do. You ask how do I know when it’s God calling?

It's an amazing and fulfilling thing to live life in line with God's design and calling on your life. But it can seem difficult and overwhelming to discover it. What gives you life? What are you good at? What do you love to do? What consistent patterns are noticeable in you that may be clues to your design and calling?

Remember that God's calling for your life goes way beyond what you do. It's who you are, where you belong, who and how you love. Our calling can be profoundly and durably sure in our own heart. It is the work of God to bring our heart to a point of conviction that, all things considered—including Scripture—this path is the path of obedience. The conviction is not infallible. But when it is of God, it brings peace.

God will give us fuel, a map, and the location that we are to find, He will give us the inner tools necessary to follow Him. I have felt a calling on my life for some time, and just never knew really where to begin. When I didn’t find it in the church I had to go seeking on my own. Today my sister reminded me of something so important…God is the church, we are his disciples. It’s not about a building and people. The computer has given me a vice (tool) to help me start working for Him, so now I seek Him for further direction.

1. Above all, know your Bible and saturate your mind with it. The Bible shapes our minds for mission durability (Psalm 1:1-3), and makes us burn for Christ (Luke 24:32).
2. Know your gifts and know yourself.
Every Christian has gifts (1 Peter 4:10-11). Knowing them shapes your convictions about your calling. And knowing yourself (as Paul exemplifies in Romans 7:15-24) deepens your sense of fitness for various ministries. (Keep in mind that this can be overridden by other facts!)
3. Ponder the need of the world.
The Christian heart of love is drawn by perceived needs, whether near or far. Therefore God uses what we know to awaken the measure of our desire that pushes us over the edge of commitment (Matthew 9:36-38).
4. Inquire of your soul, “Where are you burdened for others?”
God sends and seeks the burden for lost people. Jesus carried such a burden: “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem! . . . How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings” (Luke 13:33-34). This burden was essential to his calling. What is your burden?
5. “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life” (Mark 10:29-30)..
6. Pray! Ask God to use you to the fullest for his glory. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him” (James 1:5).
7. Always be passionate about what you do.
8. Listen carefully and cautiously at what you are being told.
9. Be willing to give up everything to follow God


God knows where you are and loves you in the most positive ways imaginable... He is awaiting your response.

Father, I ask for this direction, I ask for the tools necessary to do your work. Father please use me to do your work, to get the word out there. Father guide me to find what it is that you are calling me to do. I love you and I ask blessings on my family, friends and the lost souls in Jesus Holy name. Amen!

"Birthday"

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY”
Today is my birthday and I wondered as I lay here should I feel special today? Should it be celebrated by others? Most importantly, I wonder what God thinks.
Birthday cakes. Lighted candles. Singing “Happy Birthday.” Receiving gifts. What does God think?

Since God wants people to celebrate life abundantly (John 10:10), could this include celebrating birthdays? Is birthday-keeping innocent fun—or does God hate it? Well I was shocked to find as I studied my concordance that birthdays are only mentioned three times in the bible and each and every time something really bad happened. I will give you some of it here; please take time and read and study yourself as well, read the whole chapter not just one line, as to not take out of context:

The first account is in Genesis. Pharaoh, the Egyptian king, celebrated his birthday by executing his chief baker (Gen. 40:1-23). God gave Joseph special understanding of a dream by Pharaoh’s butler and baker, that the baker would lose his life three days after Joseph interpreted the dream. Joseph understood that Pharaoh would use this occasion—his own birthday party—to put his baker to death. As the dream had foretold, the baker was hung at the party.

In the second account, the New Testament figures Herod the tetrarch reluctantly ordered the beheading of John the Baptist (Matt. 14:3-11). Notice verse six: “But when Herod’s birthday was kept…” During the dancing and merry-making at his birthday party, Herod got carried away and eventually made a promise that he did not want to keep. As a result, a great servant of God lost his life.

The final account is found in the book of Job. The Bible says that Job’s seven sons “went and feasted in their houses, everyone his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them” (Job 1:4). These parties were obviously not centered on any kind of celebration related to God, or Job would not have worried that his children may have sinned during these celebration feasts. He was not exactly sure what was going on in their minds, but the very celebration of their birthdays triggered great concern in him (1:5). Apparently, during the birthday party of Job’s oldest son, God allowed Satan to kill all ten of Job’s children through what appears to be a tornado (vs. 6-13, 18-19).

Now, this all saddened me, for I had always believed that our birth was so important, but as I read more and more daily I am finding that God is more concerned with our death, as it is mentioned numerous times, time after time. For see our death will or will not be our Birth. Our Heavenly Father cares more about rather or not we spend eternity with Him.

Further proof that these birthday celebrations displeased God is found in Job 3. Take time to read the entire chapter carefully. Job spends much time cursing every aspect of the day of his birth. The loss of all of his children, due to a birthday celebration, stunned and sobered him. His words make plain that there is nothing good about the day of a man’s birth. He openly cursed the day he was born.

It is amazing to see that nowhere in the bible does it say anything good about birthdays. I always thought that the birth of Jesus was celebrated as His birthday, that the wise men brought gifts for His birthday, I will study this and get back to you, but at this point looks like Jesus wasn’t a baby at time of receiving gifts. So how does God feel about birthdays? I believe he wants us to love each other and treat others with respect, but I now believe that He would rather us focus on where our death will lead us. Next time you are celebrating, take time out and think, is this of God. Have a great day in Jesus….

"Obedience"

“Obedience through Faith”
I want to introduce you to an awesome story about how character, obedience and faith are the driving force in one’s life. As you read this story, think about rather you could do the same, and what it would take to get you to that place. Please also note that all stories are taken from God’s word the Bible. Let’s now see where obedience makes a difference.
Abraham had only one son, his name was Isaac. Abraham had waited one hundred years before he had his son that God had promised to him. The day came when God tested Abraham to find out if he loved Him more than his son Isaac. God called Abraham by name, told him to take his only son Isaac whom he loved to the region of Moriah, and either dedicate him to God or sacrifice him as a burnt offering. Abraham knew God had promised to give him a whole nation of descendants through Isaac. The New Testament says that Abraham believed God would raise Isaac from the dead if necessary. So, because of his love and trust in God, Abraham set off the next morning with Isaac and the wood for a burnt offering.
After three days, Abraham saw the mountain where he was to make the sacrifice. He told his servants, “We will worship and” either “I will come back to you” or “we will come back to you.” Though Abraham had waited so many years for this son that he loved, he trusted God enough in this difficult test to believe that both he and Isaac would come back alive. Isaac carried the wood. Abraham carried the fire and the knife. Isaac said, “Father, the fire and the wood are here, but where is the lamb?” Abraham told him that either Isaac was the sacrifice or God would provide the lamb.
Notice another important lesson from Abraham. Though Abraham was obeying God, things happened that made it appear that God’s promises would not come true. Abraham did not obey based on how hopeless the situation looked or how he felt. He could have felt horrible pain and fear, being asked to sacrifice his son. But Abraham trusted God to know best and still believed that God would keep His promises. Abraham built the altar, arranged the wood, and either went hunting for a lamb or tied up Isaac and laid him on the wood. As Abraham raised his knife to kill his son an angel called Abraham’s name. The angel said not to harm the boy because Abraham had proven his love for God by being willing to give up what he loved most, his son, Isaac. Suddenly Abraham looked up and saw a ram caught in a bush. Abraham took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. Abraham named the place Yahweh Yireh, meaning ‘the Lord will provide.’ Just as Abraham trusted God to keep His promise and chose to obey Him during the biggest difficulty of his life, a situation that could have caused him much worry and fear, each of you can trust God during difficult times, do what God tells you to do, and see His promises come to pass.
Abraham did become the father of many nations and has more descendents than anyone could ever count. Abraham had such incredible promises come true because he obeyed the call God had given to him. Abraham was willing to do whatever God asked of him and follow whatever directions God gave him for his life. When we choose to follow whatever directions God gives us for our lives, even if we aren’t sure how everything will work out, God will be faithful to direct our paths and make all His promises come true.
Study on what your answers were, ask God for direction and trust that He won’t let you down, for His word is the Truth. Bless each of you today in Jesus Name.

"God's Watchful Eyes"

Today I write about how the eyes of the Lord are continuously upon us. There are many scriptures that will show you just how much the Lord loves and watches over you. I dedicate today’s blog to a dear friend, who each day his life is in harm’s way and those that work with him. Safety sometimes comes at the watch of others, in hopes they don’t mess up, for one mistake could take out many, isn’t that how we think, never once thinking that if we would take time to pray and ask God for his watchful eye for the day, that we would be safer. I was taught to believe that safety comes in numbers, never go out alone, wait on others to walk to your car, so why not start the day with God watching over and walking with you, that way you are never alone.

The Psalmist explores practical applications as to how the LORD helps His faithful followers. He is our divine protector who is always alert to dangers we face in the day or night. Our God never sleeps or slumbers. “He will not allow your foot to slip” Can we not but sleep soundly when God is guarding us on our journey?
Who is your “keeper”? Who exercises great care over you? Who takes care of you in your most difficult crisis? Who guards with His love and protection? “The LORD is your keeper” The LORD watches over me.

God’s word is sufficient, efficient and worthy of our time. No home is safe without His watchful eye. I am here to tell you that you need to start each day with prayer time, time to thank Him for the day that has now been put to rest, the blessing of having life this morning and the fulfillment of knowing that He will be with you as you go through your day. God’s love and watchful eye is what will get you from point A to point B. Where is it you are trying to get to? For me, I am trying to get to the highest point there is, Heaven…

Elijah is a great place to start if you need to see just how watchful our Mighty Father is, I will take up study with him in another blog. If you find time, go to the Book of kings and read about how his journey on earth took place under our Fathers watchful eye. I kings 17 is a good verse 1 Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to Ahab, “As certainly as the Lord God of Israel lives (whom I serve), there will be no dew or rain in the years ahead unless I give the command.” ________________________________________
Take this lead found in Kings and let God give the commands, for He won’t lead you astray and He will watch over you.

My prayer for you today is this simple: 2 Chronicles 7:14-15
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.

Father, I ask for your watchful eyes to watch over me and my friends and family today as we each start our day, we ask you to walk with us today and let us follow your lead, for this day is yours in Jesus name. I love you Father and thank you for the night that you got me through and the love you have for me as I start today…Thank you father for your love, In Jesus name, Amen!

"Second Chances"

"There are two kinds of people in the world,"
"The saved and the lost. There is no middle ground with God."
Now there is a sobering thought. If indeed there are only two kinds of people in the world, and if we are "people," we must be either saved or lost. And if we're not consciously aware of having been saved, then we must be lost. And if we're lost...
"Do not be afraid," Samuel replied. "You have done all this evil; yet do not turn away from the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart.” 1 Samuel 12:20
We have all done evil before the Lord. It is called sin. We are all sinners. Sin taints our lives. Through our sin we make bad choices. Sin is simply choosing to do something that is outside of the will of God. The Lord knows that we sin, that we continually turn aside from Him. But thankfully He is a God of second chances. He continually calls to us and says, "serve the Lord with all your heart He gives us a second chance. We can break the cycle of sin - crisis - repentance. Just stay close to the Lord, in good times and bad. Turn aside from your sin. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we truly have a second chance.

We humans are so prone to failure, and yet in the eyes of the Lord failure need never be final. The Bible is full of examples of our gracious God giving second chances to his failing servants. For example in the Old Testament consider the prophet Jonah. Jonah was called by God to go the wicked city of Nineveh and call on it to repent. Jonah was fearful of the wickedness of the inhabitants of Nineveh, and the last thing he wanted to do was to confront them about their sin. So instead of journeying to Nineveh he hopped on the freighter to Tarshish, and ran away from his calling. But God was not done with his failing prophet. God prepared a storm to batter the ship and finally Jonah convinced the sailors to toss him into the sea. God then had a large fish swallow his wayward prophet. There in the belly of the fish Jonah called out to God, and God heard him and had the fish deliver him to dry land. Once Jonah was delivered to dry land he made it post haste to Nineveh, and called the city to repent. The city responded in mass and a great revival happened. God gave his failing prophet a second chance, He started over, and a great blessing took place as Nineveh turned to God.
Are you waiting for God to send out the whales in your life, to take you back to where you started? Yes of course we are sinners, because we are the bloodline of Adam and eve, but that doesn’t mean our futures have to be. It’s up to us to ask God for forgiveness and to bring us back to dry land where we can receive healing from this sin. I choose to be saved; I hope you too will choose God. Blessed be Gods children, I ask for forgiveness and removal from where I am at this time in my life. In Jesus Holy name, Amen!

"My Personal Journey"

Each day I have been struggling between my beliefs and just living for the moment. Unfortunately I have let the moments win. I want to find from within why I seem to think I am not good enough to be loved the way I think I deserve. I want to focus more on loving God and possibly finding my family again. I seem to have lost focus as I know many do, I am not sure I even know how to reach out for Gods help, but I am going to try by getting into How word and hope my heart opens up to get into prayer with Him. I hope if you are feeling alone and empty inside and unloved that you too will follow me on this journey of finding ourselves again.

Jesus said, “How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?” (John 5:44)

You can’t. You can’t believe in the crucified Messiah as your supreme treasure and hero, and then love the exact opposite of what took him to the cross. This is so true, I have lost touch with the most supreme at the level He deserves, I have chosen pain and suffering over Him and let Him be behind me instead of beside me. Friends I need your help with this new start, I need all that I have had to give to each of you in my daily blogs, as I poured my heart out to you all, and now I am asking you for the same.

Paul had this to say when he talked to the Ephesians. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen (Ephesians 3:16-21).

What a mighty scripture, I had to read it three times just to realize how much the most powerful God loves me. Accept God's love for us and the new life Jesus offers. Simple as that, that’s what my heart tells me, just accept it, quit walking backwards and accept. Is it this simple, from my past I know it is, just how do I do it?

Jesus offers each of us a walk with God and a fullness of life that is not possible without him. As he said, "I am the bread of life" (John 6:35), and "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). He also said, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again" (John 3:3). Jesus' death, resurrection, and offer of eternal life is the greatest manifestation of God's love for you.

I am hungry, very hungry for this kind of love, a love that grows each day, a love that shows and brings me back to the truth. A love that doesn’t have to be questioned; one who loves me more than I am capable of. This my Heavenly Father can offer to me. Now to get there.
Dear Lord, I confess that I am a sinner. Please forgive my sins and accept me as your child. I invite you to be my Savior and the Lord of my life. I surrender myself to you in the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior and Lord.

I want and need to go back to basics as simple as writing down scriptures and trying to memorize them, take them in and know they are real, God is real.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35-39).

Only satan himself can separate us, now the reality hits…Satan get beneath me, I love Jesus, His Heavenly Father, you have no control over me anymore, for life I shall live in Jesus name.

Friends, I hope you find this love and work on it daily as I will. I am human and I am a sinner, but I will keep Jesus beside me from this moment on. I love all of you in Jesus Name.

"Worshipping our Father"

Worshipping God "in spirit" means with reverence, attentiveness, and having the right purpose of honoring God, while understanding what we are doing. In order to worship God in the right spirit, we must take time before worship to make ready our hearts and emotions so we will be in the proper frame of mind. He is our creator and He holds our eternal destiny in His hands. We must strive to please Him. We should not have to rush or hurry to worship, take time enough to get prepared so that you have a worship attitude and spirit. Our mind must be ready, attentive, and alert. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body." We must control our thoughts during periods of worship and not let them wander to other things.

Exalt the LORD our God and worship at His footstool; Holy is He. Psalm 99:5.
COME, LET US WORSHIP & BOW DOWN Come, let us worship & bow down, Let us kneel before the Lord our God, our maker. For He is our God; and we are the People of His pasture, And the sheep Of His hand, just the sheep of His hand.

.. I am the good Shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep. (See Isaiah 53:1-6 and beyond) I know my own sheep and they know me, just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. I have other sheep too who are not of this [Hebrew] sheepfold. I must bringthem also. They will listen to my voice and there will be one flock with one Shepherd.

Today I couldn’t find the right spirit to write in; I just couldn’t seem to get alone within myself to cleanse my spirit. I have been going through some mental battles while recouping from surgery and the thoughts have not always been good. As I was talking to a friend this evening I realized that maybe we all could use time to get reacquainted with our Father, open our souls up and let our spirits talk to God, cleanse our souls and see the wrong doings that each of us do daily. I know I have a lot of things to work through and make sure all things I do are out of love for my fellow man and for my Heavenly Father.

I have so much bent up anger inside concerning my family, I seem to let it control who I have become and let it affect my relationship with Christ. I need Gods advice on how and where to start with dealing with all in my heart right now. Please remember to bow down before your Heavenly Father and exalt Him, for He is the one who watches over us, His lost sheep. Father, please lead me back to the right pasture. I love you and I do want to get back in that loving place with you that I used to be in. Thank you for today and for all those that will read this message today. In Jesus Name, Amen!

"Joy"

Joy

Who is He that tries to steal an ounce of your joy, your happiness? Do you have those surrounding you that can’t be happy no matter how beautiful things are, no matter where they may be in their lives? You know that person who can’t stand for you to have any joy or fun? The bible tells us that no one can steal your joy, sure they can take away your happiness, but the joy, Jesus put there to be eternal.

Sometimes life gets a little rough, and we all need a bit of joy in our lives. We often talk about warnings that come from the Bible, how to live or not live our lives. However, sometimes we forget that the Bible tells us to enjoy life a little bit. God did not mean for us to be sad or serious all the time. He tells us to get out and have a little fun

Psalm 27:6 - "Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD." (NIV)

Psalm 118:24 - "This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." (NIV)

Proverbs 15:13 - "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit." (NIV)

Isaiah 35:10 - "And the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away." (NIV)

Proverbs 17:22 - "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." (NIV)

God meant for believers to have fun and celebrate. There are a number of examples throughout the Bible of great celebrations. David danced. The Jews celebrated upon their exodus from Egypt. Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding celebration. God meant for believers to celebrate and have fun because celebrations lift the spirit. He wants Christians to have fun so they can see the beauty and meaning in the life He gave to us.

Matthew 25: 21 - "The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!" (NLT)

Remember that while having fun, it has to be for God; don’t let sin creep into it. Even us Christians slip and let the fun overtake us, please remember to give all things to God, let Him lead and direct you. If you are reading this and realize you have stolen someone’s happiness and joy, please give that to Jesus and ask for His divine help, for your hurt and pain are important to Him, He will give you the answers needed to help you regain your own joy and peace, so that you can give to others.

Father, I come before you today asking for your forgiveness of how heavy my heart has been and how crippled I have let it make me inside, I feel so heavy burdened and saddened today Lord and I cant carry that, so I ask that you help me today precious Father. I so want to make others happy, but I seem to weigh them down more than I make them smile, I give this to you today father and ask for cleansing for my joy that is within to shine once again, so that I too can make others happy. Father, I am ashamed of how I feel inside, rather I have shown it to anyone on the surface or not, you have seen and I ask for forgiveness. Give me this day to shine inside and out and reflect on what is really taking away the happiness within, I thank you for that today Father. Give my friends a release today, let them feel you joy within themselves that they too will want all that you have to offer. I thank you Father for this blessing in Jesus name, Amen!

"No Greater Love"

“No better place than love”

Even today on a worldly celebrated holiday, Valentines Day, we seek out loving someone, the going out and buying of chocolates, roses, and even diamonds for those fortunate few…We reach deep within our pockets to make sure we get our guy or girl just the right gift that says “I love you” or I want you as mine forever. But, Then there are those who feel lost, broke, and feel they will never be loved, rather lone receive such extravagant gifts, and many won’t. But as a world, do we think about those less fortunate than us? Of course not, most never even realize anything beyond our doors, but thank God some one does.

Where will you find any better Love of that of a Father and His Child? You won’t and can’t. On this holiday and every other day you are never alone and you have received a gift far better than chocolates and diamonds. Just read what the Bible tells us about Love, and how to give and receive it.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16

Song of Solomon 7:10-12
“I am my beloveds and his desire is toward me.
Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in the villages. Let us get up early to the vineyards; let us see if the vine flourishes, whether the tender grapes appear, and the pomegranates bud forth: there will I give thee my love.”

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Spread His News

Most revealing topic in the Bible
I thought today I would just let each of you know from when God the most popular topic and most revealing person ever in the Word first made us aware of his presence. It all started in the book of Genesis when God revealed himself to Adam, to Noah, to Abraham, to Isaac, to Jacob, to Joseph, to Moses, to Joshua, to the Judges, to Ruth, to Samuel, to Saul, to David, to Solomon, to many Judean Kings including foreign kings, to Isaiah, to Jeremiah, and many other prophets, right down to Malachi. And this is just the Old Testament; God wanted everyone to know about Him. God has a purpose and it has always been the same. To get the message to all four corners of the world that He did create, He did give life and He can and will take it away. He needs us to follow and spread His message of good news to all, not only the lost but those that already serve Him, for times will be hard for all of us. God went on in the New Testament and revealed himself to the wise men from the East, to Joseph and Mary, and to Jesus. Then Jesus made God known to the disciples. After the resurrection, the apostles made God known in Acts and in the Epistles of Paul, Peter, James and John. Finally God revealed himself in the Book of Revelation, you might say the final frontier, or for us that believe in God through His son Jesus, the future. I hope you will take today and start spreading His good news around, start with your family, friends, then your neighbors, just reach out. Jesus loves you and He takes your love to His father God, so please give your love to each other.

"Renewing Love"

“Renewing Love”
The prophet Zephaniah said that God “will rejoice over you with gladness, He will renew you in His love; He will exult over you with loud singing”
He will renew us in Him...Let’s say that again, He will renew us in Him. Folks we aren’t worthy of this, but He gives it anyway. When was the last time you were able to love completely? Are you willing to forgive and start over with an even greater love?
God loves us even on those days when we feel for whatever reason that we perhaps don’t deserve to be loved, but there’s another part of the renewal God’s love gives us. It is the recognition that God’s love is to be shared, even with those who seem to be less than deserving to be the recipients of divine love. You see, God’s love is not limited.

And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance. Ephesians 5: 2 (scripture taken from amplified Bible)

He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. 1 John 4: 8 (scripture taken from amplified Bible)

God wants us to love each other, to have respect for each other. Does it not seem that we hurt those that love us the most? I know I have and today I hope that they will find forgiveness in their hearts for me, for I am sorry for the hurtful things that I have said and done. Let us love one another as Jesus loved us on that cross and now as He loves us as He lives within us.

"PATIENCE IN HEALING!

“Patience in Healing”
How can you believe when you have been through so much, you might ask? Patience with God is so important in receiving your healing; it has to be in His time. Without patience you may never receive the healing God has in store for you. Sometimes to receive the greater you have to go through things, as you have seen in the book of Job. To help us hold on to faith, God has given us commandments and scriptures to carry His word and for us to hold to. The Bible clearly warns that this life (by itself, without more) is unfair, that it is Christ like and acceptable to mourn or weep when we are afflicted, and that there is a consolation for those who suffer. The Bible says "blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."

I have a friend (God bless you M) who has had several prayers with me over receiving of my healing and I have accepted that healing that God has promised me. Does this mean I don’t cry or hurt, of course not, the pain is still with me until God is ready, the thing is I have to keep the faith I have and rely on patience, for I know He will not allow me to suffer anymore than I can handle, or you for that matter. So I will wait patiently on His touch, for I shall receive total healing just as Job did for I will not back down to satan and I remind you satan comes in many forms and fashions, so please be weary of who you trust and believe.

"And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him saying, Master, who did sin, this man or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him."
John 9:1-3

See sometimes we have to go through things so that we can see what God has done and what He will do for us. So if I have to suffer a little while to be closer to God then so be it. I give all my sufferings over to God in Jesus Holy Holy name. I want all that God has to offer, so patiently I shall wait on my healing. God has given us his word to provide patience and comfort. While we may suffer and know pain, it is the intent of God that we have hope.

"For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." Romans 15:4

There is not suffering without consolation. Yet, in spite of the promise of consolation, everyone suffers. The heavens mourn. Even the Savior knew sorrow, for it says:
"Jesus wept." John 11:35

As Jesus wept for me and continues to and God knows that to wait for his comfort tries us and strains our patience. It is not easy and God knows how hard it is for us.
"Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." James 1:3 See also Hebrews 10:36 and Luke 21:19

He gave us His son that we might have faith, that we might flee unto him for refuge that we may lay upon hope.

So, I know I can find patience as I know He hears my tears and the fears that go with them.
“All things are possible with Jesus” Patience is but a small thing to HIM, Give it to God and expect to receive in Jesus Holy Name as I have! God Bless you all in Jesus Name.

"Failure or Victory"

A mature Christian has the ability to understand the amazing grace of God and His incredible forgiveness and acceptance through Christ, (as with Job) a mature Christian is one who has grasped the truth that his or her failure is not the end of an effective life with and for the Lord (as with Job). While there may be consequences to live with (as with David) and serious issues to work through, the mature believer rests in the grace of God and uses the failure as a backdoor to success through growth and understanding.

Will you live a victorious Christian life, or settle for defeat?
I used to believe the pastors had the perfect life; things had to be good for them because they were doing God’s work every week, but the truth is there is a lot of defeat in the Christian’s life because none of us will ever be perfect and win the victory over the sin. Christ is the only one who is sin free and He accomplished this on the cross when He gave His life. As we grow in the Lord, we will have much more deliverance and more capability Our deliverance and how much deliverance we have is all a matter of growth in your own Further, the amount of deliverance we each experience is a matter of growth; so on the road to maturity and even after reaching a certain degree of spiritual maturity, Christians will sin and fail—sometimes seriously so. We don’t like to talk about it or admit it, but there is a lot of failure. Failure is a fact of life for the Christian, but God’s grace is more than adequate to overcome any situation. The mature Christian is one who has learned to apply God’s grace remedy for failure.

In studying the Book of Job today I was able to see a victorious Christian, even though he was thrown much adversity. The book of Job also proves there are answers to the many challenges that satan makes. It was amazing to what extreme was handed to Job and how he overcame.

Do you know a “Job” in your life? There are still people who will serve God, no matter how much is thrown to them for God is worthy of our praise apart from the blessings He provides. That doesn't mean we won't have questions for which answers that we may not get during this lifetime. But with the book of Job we can learn how the righteous should suffer, how careful we should be in comforting the suffering, and to accept the fact that we can never fully comprehend how God is working in all our lives. We have to look at what would actually get to Job, It wasn’t the boils, or death of his children, or lose of all his animals; it came down to his words and the words of his friends. Job had his life taken from him, one that we can’t even comprehend. This is one story that took me back. To realize that God didn’t do this all to Job, but He did allow satan within boundaries to take all that Job had, because He knew that Job loved Him and His life would be spared. Job is an example that we all need to know about, so please take time and study this precious book, there are many lessons to be learned here. Most importantly for this blog I want you to see that failure happens to all, but how you come through it is what that matters. Job even saved his friends in the end, so that they too could have a life with Jesus. Be amazed at what God did for Job in his latter days. He was blessed with double livestock, blessed with 7 new sons and 3 daughters, he was able to have an inheritance for them, and God allowed having another 140 years here on earth so that he would see his family and their families to grow.

Job was a true Christian, are you?

If this is what you want for your life, ask Jesus into your life, ask for direction and guidance, and get into Gods word.

Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my Salvation. The LORD God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer's feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills. (Hab 3:17-19)

"Closing Doors, Seeking God"

“Closing Doors, Seeking God”
Sometimes we need to reflect on what is really going on in our own lives, we get so wrapped up in others that we forget what is important. When was the last time that you inspected your soul, I mean really dug deep to see what you needed to be successful in all aspects of your life? Closing doors is a means to arriving. To find what’s wrong we must go soul searching, beginning to do this can be frightful to us, it is so easy to sit back and let others control who we are, telling us we need this or that, when inside we are crying to get out. It is time to go to that inner place and close the door on the past.

If we try to find our inner souls alone we will get lost on the way, someone will knock and we will once again let them in, so I recommend that we start this new journey of soul searching with someone that loves and cares for us, the one who already knows our soul, Jesus Christ. So first, let’s start a search for Jesus, for this He wants us to do. Don't be afraid to do what is right, because it will go well with your soul.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Searching inside has brought tears to my eyes for I see the things I have tried to hide from Jesus, now that I am looking into my soul I see how I have disappointed Jesus time and time again. I know to get forgiveness I have to reach even further into my soul looking for something that will give me courage to ask Jesus for His help once again. I realize I have that, God has already told me in His word to seek Him and He will come. So Father, I trust Your Word; it gives me hope and light to see. . I will trust in you God, and I will look into your face, for I Trust in you with all my soul, I take your embrace for I know I will be complete and whole in your Heavenly arms.

I ask for your forgiveness Precious Father for I have sinned, I have wrestled with this for so long; I have been so frightened for I was scared you wouldn’t forgive me. I know today Lord that you had already forgiven me, you just wanted me to ask, as you have reminded me so many times that you died on the cross so that my sins would be forgiven. I love you Father, thank you for allowing me to get into my soul today and close doors that were hindering me from living in your will. I do ask Father that you let new doors open and put people in my life that are as hungry for you as I am. Thank you Father, for those that have believed in me and have continuously helped me to walk with you. Thank you for divine forgiveness today. I love you in Jesus Name. Amen.

Finances

“Financial Woes”
I have many concerns on what direction to take next. After having surgery, I now awaken to not only the healing process, but the financial obligations that come with it. It doesn’t seem to take them long to start sending the bills in, and to look at them line by line amazes me, so many drugs and how do you say no I didn’t get those, they knock you out…ok I had to laugh at something, or go crazy. So, now I have to get help and from where?

God is the source.

The first principle is that God is the source of everything. Philippians 4:19 says, "My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Proverbs 8:20,21 adds, "I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: that I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures." 2 Corinthians 9:8 says: "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work."

Whenever we need money or possessions, prayer is the answer. Look to the Lord, because He will provide it-according to His will.

Ok I read these scriptures too and I so do trust and believe that God will meet my ever need, am I skeptical, yes I am for I am human and these are lying in front of me, you say but you believe in Jesus and God so how come you aren’t giving it to Him. Because see folks the devil works harder on God’s children, he tries so hard to pull us down and put doubt in our hearts. The difference is I will not let him succeed, for I do love God with my soul, He is my spirit. So in the name of Jesus I say satan get behind me for Jesus Is who I will follow and trust to get me through yet another hardship in my life. It’s kind of funny I’m using word to type my blog today and it wants me to capitalize satan, what does word have against me? Well let me tell you, he hates that I trust and believe in God. I will not capitalize his name for it is Jesus who is so worthy of my love, for He is supporting me, trusting and loving me through everything.

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again."

My prayer today is this: Father I come to you in need for your help and understanding in the times I am in. Father I have hurt those I love the most, give me advice Father on how to take words back, how to let them know they are so loved. Father I know that you can take away all my financial worries. I understand Father how we must look towards you before we open our mouth, for our tongues are full of demons and bile. I am sorry Father, I want to do your work and reach out to people, not hurt them. In Jesus name please forgive me all my trials and errs. Father I lift my best friend up to you and ask for healing of his spirit and soul and I ask for his forgiveness today in Jesus Holy Name. I lay these bills in front of you father and ask for your help with this situation, help me to do the necessary steps to pay all my debts as you wish..I love you precious Father, thank you for everything, in Jesus name, Amen

"Clouds"

“Beyond the Clouds”
Did you know that God led His people, Israel, out of the land of Egypt, through the wilderness and into the Promised Land by a cloud in the day (by fire in the night)? You will find this in the book of Exodus. God used the clouds to His advantage, when the clouds moved, Gods people moved. When the clouds stopped, Gods people stopped. God was with His people, these were clouds of Gods glory.
The clouds remind us that God is ever present with His people to lead them and to guide them. In the book of Isaiah God says that He has blotted out, as thick cloud, our transgressions, and as a cloud, our sins. Return to Me, He says, I have redeemed you (Isaiah 44:22).
When did God blot out our sins? He blotted out our sins when he allowed them to nail him to the cross and gave His life for us. (2 Cor.15:3, 4) for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). Jesus t has paid the price in full of all our wrong doing. The Just One, died for the unjust that He might bring us to God (1 Peter 2:24).
When we put our trust in the Jesus Christ as our only God and Savior we receive forgiveness of sin and life everlasting.
Clouds remind us of sins forgiven. The next time you are outside and you see a cloud, look deep into it and know that God uses His clouds to protect His people from sin, pain and suffering. All the images you believe you see may be true, for God has the ability to allow us to see beyond the teardrops (raindrops). Some have seen Jesus in the clouds, even pictures have been taken, and some of us have seen the Mighty Lion protecting His young (us). What have you seen?
The next time a cloud moves remember God is moving His children to the Promised Land. Will you follow or stay steadfast in this world of endless raindrops (tears)? Are your sins forgiven? Have you turned to God from yourself and your sin and put your trust in the Lord Jesus as your personal Savior?

"Aarons story"

Aaron was the son of Amram and Jochebed, the brother of Moses and Miriam, and the first priest of Israel. God appointed Aaron to be Moses' spokesman in his audiences with the unnamed Pharaoh of Exodus. As a symbol of his office, Aaron received a magical rod. He turned the rod into a snake - the first in a series of signs, by which he and Moses hoped to persuade Pharaoh to let the Israelites leave Egypt. Aaron also used the rod to call down three of the plagues that followed this first sign (polluting the Nile, frogs and gnats). God also caused the rod to blossom and bear ripe almonds, as a sign that Aaron's descendants would inherit the priesthood.
God summoned Aaron to be present when Moses received the Ten Commandments. But Aaron did not stay on Sinai. Instead he agreed to oversee the casting of an idol (a golden calf) for the Israelites who had rebelled against the authority of the absent Moses.
Aaron was generally a supporter of Moses, but took him to task for his marrying a Cushite wife. For this God rebuked Aaron (and Miriam). His role as priest was critical when he made atonement for the Israelites and stayed the plague that had followed the rebellion of Dathan and Abiram. Exodus and Leviticus give a detailed account of the vestments and duties of Aaron and of his sons.
Aaron's elder sons, Nadab and Abihu, died early but the younger pair, Eleazar and Ithamar, succeeded him in the priesthood. When Aaron was a hundred and twenty three, God instructed him to go up onto Mt. Hor, where he died. Aaron figures prominently in Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy and Numbers, and is named in other books of both Old and New Testaments.

How would you act if God had called you unto His own to do His works, enabling you to make important changes with a Rod? More so, why do you think Aaron turned His back on God and went on to create an idol? Have you turned your back on God, taken something He has given you and used it for other purposes? Let’s look further into what Aaron may have been thinking.

Aaron was a faultless servant with his brother, at least at first. At Rephidim, when Moses overlooked the battle with the Amalekites from a nearby hill with the rod of God in his outstretched hand, it was Aaron and Hur (his brother-in-law, Miriam's husband), who held up Moses' tired arms until Israel's forces under Joshua won the battle (Exodus 17:8-13).
Aaron's greatest lapse in judgment occurred while Moses was away on the mountain receiving the Ten Commandments from God. For whatever reason, Aaron gave in to the people's demands, and made that now-infamous golden calf for the people to worship (Exodus 32:4). When Moses returned, Aaron was sternly rebuked, but was forgiven by God after Moses prayed for him. Aaron came very close to being killed for that incident (Deuteronomy 9:20)
Aaron was appointed directly by God to be the first high priest. He and his sons were consecrated to continue the priesthood through time (Leviticus 8 and 9).
Aaron again displayed a failure in good judgment at Hazeroth when he and Miriam spoke out against Moses for marrying a Cushite (Ethiopian) woman. Once again, The Lord vindicated Moses, and punished Miriam, who had led the minor rebellion, with leprosy (Numbers 12:1-16). After Aaron acknowledged his and Miriam's error, at the intercession of Moses they were forgiven by God.
Aaron's career seemed to blow hot and cold. He certainly had his low points (i.e. the golden calf), but overall he remained a steadfast ally of his brother. During the Korah rebellion, Aaron stood courageously with Moses (Numbers 16:1-50). Not long after that, the miraculous sprouting of his staff was used to demonstrate that he was indeed the high priest to those who were questioning his authority (Numbers 17:1-13). That staff was afterwards preserved in the Tabernacle (Hebrews 9:4)
Neither Moses nor Aaron were permitted to enter the Promised Land, Aaron was involved in the water-from-the-rock incident at Meribah (Numbers 20:8-13), and for that presumptuous disobedience to God's instructions both were not permitted to enter the Promised Land (Numbers 20:24).

This is a story that is hard for me to wrap myself around, time and time again God forgave Aaron, even after he created the golden calf, and He was given the high priesthood, but why and what happened at the rock at Meribah. Will you be able to withstand the punishment for your everyday sins, and how will you get God’s forgiveness, what are your plans for the Promised Land?

I give all my sins over to Jesus and I ask you Jesus to please wash them away with you bloodstained hands and may I find mercy at your feet, please forgive me all my sins, for I know I am a sinner. Thank you for this understanding and for all the blessings you have bestowed on me. Thank you for this timely study of Aaron, May we all find answers in his story and the great story of how you loved both him and Moses so much, so thank you Father In Jesus name Amen!

Life, Now or Eternally!

“Living Today or Living Eternally”
When you reflect upon your life, what do you see? Or what do you hope to see? How have you been living your life’s? Jesus said in the book of John: I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest. John 10:10
You have heard of how old our fathers before us lived, and as our generations have come alone we feel that our lives in years have come to be less, but as you see in Psalms the Lord tells us what we can expect. Are you living life to its fullest, or are you sitting and letting life pass you by. I like you wish the days at work to go by so I can get home, and then before we know it that day is gone and we don’t even know where it went. Maybe we should listen to our Heavenly Father and cherish every breath He gives us.
" Psalm 90:10The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”
It is interesting that after the flood, for awhile, people lived around 200 years. Examples of this are Noah’s children, and Job. The age, however, went down slowly until you get to, David; about 1000 years before Christ came to this earth. No doubt, people were beginning to wonder how short man’s life would be eventually, since people were dying younger and younger—so God told David by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, "The days of our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty years…
Are you taking for granted how long you have? We need to all realize that we are not promised our next breath, so we have to live each minute as if it is our last. Take this time and look at what you want your future to be. That is a decision that God allows you to make, so choose it wisely and please don’t forget that Jesus gave His life here on earth so that you and me could have an everlasting life with Him . That is my wish for each of you, that you too will want that life, and not just seventy or so years here on earth. God love and bless each of you.

Gods Strength

“His Strength in Us”

I woke up today feeling so weak in my physical body as well as my spiritual body. I was in pain, my body crying for help and my spirit not knowing where to look. I feel so lost today, my heart aches to feel loved, comforted and strengthened. Where is my inner strength today? Even as I wanted to prepare this blog today, my heart was empty, how was I going to find what I needed to write on today, when an inner voice said why not write on how you are feeling today? I want you to understand that I too am human and I do fall and sin every day and yes like today I couldn’t find a friend to talk to, at least not about what I was feeling inside. Do you ever feel so lost like you just can’t move? That’s how I feel today. I have the tools necessary to get past this, so this is how I am going to overcome this feeling of despair, please join me in finding my strength today.

Matthew 11:28-38“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light”

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

Wow! Wow! Wow! I ask God for deliverance from this pain within today to help me find encouragement and what I already have within me and this was what I found., The above two scriptures. He is with us wherever we go, even if it is at home on our couch as I am, how could I forget that today I need to remember that just because I don’t see Him, He is still my best friend and He does want to listen to me and help me through my pains. Now, I feel like crying just because I have spent my day feeling so empty inside and lost, ok some call it having a pity party. I am so weak!

"Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls—
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,

The key here for me is “The Lord God is my strength”
I don’t even need to write any further for me just reading the wonderful scriptures has given me strength to stop the tears and dig deep inside of me and be thankful I have a couch to lay on and a body that is still working. I, like you are human and I hurt and I make mistakes, but I do know how to throw in the towel when I know my way just isn’t working, so now I give my body, soul and spirit over to God and I know He will deliver me out of this funk I am in, because in Jesus name I ask this and I say satan get behind me, I am a child of Gods. Amen!

I ask the following prayer for each of you in Jesus name, His scripture.
"...in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:37-39

"Fear, Stress, Worry"

Discovering what Fear, Worry and Anxiety have in common:
According to the Bible, there is nothing wrong with acknowledging and trying to deal with the problems of life. In fact, to ignore danger signs are foolish and wrong. But it is also wrong, as well as unhealthy, to be immobilized by excessive worry. You have to turn your worry over to God so He can release you from this paralyzing fear or anxiety, and free us so we can start dealing with our worries.
Sometimes fear and anxiety is the result of one’s own sin and guilt. Don’t hold all the anxiety inside. It can be a big relief to share your fears and worries with someone else. If you have committed a sin or done anything evil, your fear and anxiety is probably God and your own conscience trying to get your attention. You need to repent, confess your sin, seek God’s forgiveness, and set it right.
If this fear is having a significant impact on your life or of others, you need to understand what fear actually is. Fear is an uneasiness of the mind, over thinking future evil thoughts, causing pain for self, anger. It is time for you to get the help you need. There is one who comes to mind that is a healer of all diseases, including, fear, worry and anxiety. Turn to Jesus Christ.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:6-7) (Also see Psalm 55:22-23)

Jesus expressed feelings of compassion, sorrow and anger, but there are no accounts of him expressing feelings of fear. Some may ask WHY? Well, Jesus suppressed self and operated though the Father. Everything that he did, he accomplished via his Father. He did not try to stand in his own strength because his Father already gave him the assurance that he will be with him every step of the way, making bridges over troubled waters and leading him through the valley of the shadows of death. He had an experiential knowledge of the protective care of his Father, so He knew that come what may His Father will take care of it.

“Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work” (2 Thes. 2:16-17).

My dear friends, it’s time for us to realize that we can’t go through life struggling with all these battles, holding them in, feeling we have no one to talk to. Some are feared of losing their jobs, some of losing their homes, families. Whatever your fear is that is causing you anxiousness and stress and so much worry our Heavenly Father can and will take this away, you have to ask though, you have to have faith as He had in His Father, Trusting that He can and will bring you through whatever you may be going through. God love and bless each of you.

So you ask, what do these have in common? They all make you sin against Gods word and His will for your life.

Hurting Others

“HURTING THOSE THAT LOVE US THE MOST”

I love you, but I can’t understand why we continue communicating by arguing, we just get angry and tired, no exhausted, then words come into it, you know which ones I am talking about, those that hurt so much and you wish you could take them back. Then we walk away and try to figure out how we can say we are sorry and I love you. How do we stop doing this, it is possible? Why do we hurt those we love so much? How come we can’t express our love?

The big question here is why do we hurt those that we love so much?

The important thing in a relationship is not to make the other happy or to expect the other one to make you happy, but to make yourself happy and offer this happiness as a free gift to the other!

I think the above statement is so true, you can’t give love if you can’t even love yourself, so first of all look into that and see if the arguing stems from how you are feeling within.

“Love is an act of faith, and whoever is of little faith is also of little love."

I personally feel we hurt those we love the most because they are our best friends, the one we tell everything to, the one we lay all our open battles of the day on, and then unfortunately we get angry with our best friend and take all our hostility out on them.

This happens in our everyday life as well as our love with Christ, we have to step back and remember what those that love us do for us each and every day. So the next time you get into an argument with the one you love, STOP! STEP BACK, AND THINK!
Life is too short to hurt those we love.

For those I have hurt, I am so sorry, please find in your heart forgiveness. God I am sorry for the pain I have caused my best friends and love and I am sorry for hurting you God by hurting others. I love you in Jesus Name! Amen!

Backslidden

“Backslider”
Do you ever feel like you have backslidden from your own beliefs?
There are days when I am not sure which way to turn, if I go left that will be wrong, if I go right, what’s left. Gets so confusing that sometimes it’s easier just to live and not worry about rules. Do you ever have these days? I know I don’t want to do wrong, but I let myself anyway, God I need your direction, what went wrong?
Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lamp stand from its place" (Revelation 2:4,5).
Guess I know what God feels, it says it all in the above scripture. How do I get past it now?
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (I John 1:9).
I’m not sure I want to give up what I feel is wrong right now? Ever feel that way yourself?
Grow in Jesus and the way of the Lord. The Holy Spirit gives a Christian the ability to overcome sin. He gives power to be a Christ-like person. He guides, comforts, teaches spiritual truth, and equips with the gifts and qualities of God (Acts 1:8; John 14:16; I Corinthians 12; Galatians 5:22,23)
Ok, I understand that I need to find my way back; will God forgive me, no matter what? What happened and how do I get back what I had?
Disobeying God results in being separated from Him!.
Adam sinned, and that sin brought death into the world. Now everyone has sinned, and so everyone must die (Romans 5:12).
There is only one way to reach God. He is the only One who can bring us back to God. He died on the Cross and rose from the grave, paying the penalty for our sin and bridging the gap between God and people.
So you will be saved, if you honestly say, Jesus is Lord, and if you believe with all your heart that God raised Him from death. God will accept you and save you, if you truly believe this (Romans 10:9-10).
If you feel you have backslidden from God and what He stands for I ask God to help you find your way back. To open your eyes and your heart and give you the desire to want to follow Him, and I also ask that He gives you understanding and even self worth so that you will want to live a life here that represents what a precious Father you have, and I thank Him for all of this in Jesus name. Amen!
