"Clouds"

“Beyond the Clouds”
Did you know that God led His people, Israel, out of the land of Egypt, through the wilderness and into the Promised Land by a cloud in the day (by fire in the night)? You will find this in the book of Exodus. God used the clouds to His advantage, when the clouds moved, Gods people moved. When the clouds stopped, Gods people stopped. God was with His people, these were clouds of Gods glory.
The clouds remind us that God is ever present with His people to lead them and to guide them. In the book of Isaiah God says that He has blotted out, as thick cloud, our transgressions, and as a cloud, our sins. Return to Me, He says, I have redeemed you (Isaiah 44:22).
When did God blot out our sins? He blotted out our sins when he allowed them to nail him to the cross and gave His life for us. (2 Cor.15:3, 4) for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). Jesus t has paid the price in full of all our wrong doing. The Just One, died for the unjust that He might bring us to God (1 Peter 2:24).
When we put our trust in the Jesus Christ as our only God and Savior we receive forgiveness of sin and life everlasting.
Clouds remind us of sins forgiven. The next time you are outside and you see a cloud, look deep into it and know that God uses His clouds to protect His people from sin, pain and suffering. All the images you believe you see may be true, for God has the ability to allow us to see beyond the teardrops (raindrops). Some have seen Jesus in the clouds, even pictures have been taken, and some of us have seen the Mighty Lion protecting His young (us). What have you seen?
The next time a cloud moves remember God is moving His children to the Promised Land. Will you follow or stay steadfast in this world of endless raindrops (tears)? Are your sins forgiven? Have you turned to God from yourself and your sin and put your trust in the Lord Jesus as your personal Savior?
