Have you ever seen a glass blower at work? He puts his blowpipe into the furnace, collects molten glass on the end, and removes it. Under total and intense concentration, he then turns the pipe, blows a bit, turns some more, and the glob of molten glass expands and forms. Soon, he adds a bit of glass, pulls at it, and then attaches it again. There is a handle. Finally he sets the end product on a small table, squeezes it with wooden tongs, holds it still a while, and finally he taps it and wow, there sits an exquisite vase sparkling in the light. He turns it to look at all sides, a bit of a smile comes to his lips, and he lifts the vase up to admire his work. Very proud of what he created all by himself. One more piece of beautiful glass to add to his collection for many to see.
That is you. God has taken you out of the fire of sin because you accepted the salvation he offered. Ever since that day, God has been working on you, turning, blowing His winds of truth on you with his Holy Spirit, molding, pulling this way and that, all so gently, so that one day, up in Heaven, he can set you down between himself and Jesus and say, "Look what I can do. Look what I made.” all because I love you. I shaped and molded you after myself.
Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. - 1 John 4:16

"Without Wisdom"
Today, I had my faith tested and I became very rebellious, lacking words or wisdom to know how to defend myself. To be honest I was not even going to do a blog. When you feel down and out, it is hard to focus on what is important. I find lately, I seem to scare people off with my whining of sorts, unpleasantness about how I am feeling. Even though I am dealing with my own illness, I want to be able to help others. I have felt very unsure of how I can do this when others see me as a downer. Therefore, as I started talking to myself, I knew God was listening. I ask Him for more wisdom. I ask for guidance, for I never want to mislead anyone where He is concerned or me for that matter. I want courage to keep things to myself and just give them to God so that when around others all they see is God in me.
This is where I start searching for His wisdom, and how do I move forward and learn from myself about how to deal with self-esteem issues mentally and physically. Wisdom from above is in direct contrast with wisdom that proceeds from an envious and self-seeking heart (James 3:14,15).
Jesus Christ is our wisdom 1 Corinthians 1:24 24But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1 Corinthians 1:25 25Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
1 Corinthians 1:30 30But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
1 Corinthians 2:6 6Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
1 Corinthians 2:7 7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
• The Word of God is our wisdom (Read: Deut. 4:4-6) It is only from the scriptures that we can become "wise unto salvation." (2 Tim. 3:15)
• This wisdom can be accentuated through believing prayer. (James 1:5) If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all, and it will be given to him. Lot followed the wisdom of the world and his holdings literally went up in smoke. Abraham based his decision on God's wisdom and his choice eventually led to blessings upon the whole world!
This may all seem deep today, but it is really simple, we are nothing without Christ and His wisdom.
He forgives us all the above transgressions and wisdom to change, how foolish we are. I believe in prayer, and I believe I will receive wisdom for I am hungry for it and I want to do Gods work. I hope you too are hungry and willing to ask for more wisdom. I know I can never get enough, I’m like a child with a young brain, now I want it to grow to fit who I am today. I love you Father in your precious Son Jesus Christ. Thank you for being here today and for the wisdom I will receive in Jesus Holy Name.

"God is my everything"
Matt. 6:34, “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Just as every new day brings with it its own set of burdens and problems, so each day witnesses a new, unfailing, all-sufficient, supply of God’s marvelous, matchless, wonderful, amazing grace.
God is faithfulness as seen in the fact that we woke up this morning, in our right minds and in reasonable health. We woke up with air to breath, food to eat, people we love around us, etc. God is a faithful, wonderful Lord.)
He Is A Satisfier – God is described as the soul’s “portion.” It refers to “the spoils of war.” Jeremiah is saying, “In the battle of life, God is my reward, my share, and my portion.” When the Lord is viewed in this light, He will be all that a person needs to be satisfied in their soul, Psa. 103:5; Psa. 107:9. God may not give you and me the things we desire in life; but He will always give us that which is best, and He will give us that which will satisfy the soul, Rom. 8:28.
He Is A Sustainer – God will never fail those who place their trust in Him, Isa. 49:23; Rom. 10:11. Not a single Word of any of His precious promises will ever fail to be honored by Him, Matt. 5:18; Psa. 119:89-90; Isa. 40:8. If you come to Him for salvation, He will not send you away lost, John 6:37. If you trust Him for salvation, He will never send you away into Hell, John 10:28. If you look to Him for the needs in your life, you will never be disappointed, Luke 12:32. He will sustain you through this life and into eternity.
He Is A Savior “Those who wait upon the Lord will see Him bring them out of their troubles and trials. He will not fail His children, but, in His time, He will deliver them from all their valleys.” We need to remember today that God is able to deliver both saint and sinner.
I would like to remind you that God knows where you are today. He knows what you are going through, Job 23:10. He will not forsake you, but He will faithfully keep you and bring you out, in His time, Psa. 34:15-22.
My lost friend, it may look like you are doomed, with no hope. I would just like to tell you that God can save your soul by His grace, if you will but look to Him by faith. If you will stop trusting yourself, and your own goodness; and if you will come to God confessing your sins and calling on Jesus for salvation, God will save your soul, Rom. 10:9, 13; Rev. 22:17.
Give your life to God, and have Him as your Savior, for He won’t let one day go by without showing you His everlasting love. Today I needed each of you to see just how much your Father loves you and how He is with us all thru every trial and tribulation. As I lay here in pain today, I still give thanks to my Father, for I know I must go thru pain to get the results He has in store for me. He is faithfulness, a satisfier, a sustainer, and your savior. Love Him today for you may not have tomorrow. I love you all in Christ name.

“Putting Jesus First in your Life”
You are guaranteed that God will do His good work in you when you put your your faith and trust in His Son Jesus Christ!
Philippians 2:13 13For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ JesusWho will be in control in your life? You or God?
“Let go, and let God lead your life” is the advice that I would like to share with you today.
In Exodus 3:7, the LORD said to Moses, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey-the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them. So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt." But for Moses it was not easy to let go and let God lead him. Verse 11 reads, but Moses said to God, "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?"
Pharaoh who was a proud king, displayed what it means not to let go and let God leads. In Exodus 5:1 the Bible reads, Afterward Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and said, "This is what the LORD , the God of Israel, says: 'Let my people go, so that they may hold a festival to me in the desert.' “Pharaoh said, "Who is the LORD that I should obey him and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD and I will not let Israel go."
Just like Moses and Pharaoh, we too at times, by virtue of our knowledge and insights, find it hard to let go and let God lead sometimes. You have been controlling your lives for awhile now, and you have done a perfect job by doing so, haven't you? Take a look at your life; is there anything that you would like to do better, if only you were given the opportunity, or for most of us, if only you could, that’s the thought, if only! Well, you cannot, so let it go and let God lead your life now. When you allow God to be in control, you will find great change, amazing change, Roman’s 8:15 says it: For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Take charge of your life before satan does, if he hasn’t already, and if he has tell him to get behind you and let it go. Let Jesus in, your destiny is in your hands. I choose God to be in control in my life, who do you choose?

Falling in love with Jesus is such an awesome feeling. When you choose Jesus as your everything, you will come to realize that you don’t need as much as you thought. He is the all-sufficient one!
2 John 4:7-10
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us:
I John3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth shall not perish but have everlasting life.
He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him?
John 15:9-10 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love.
Love is the fabric of life: Throughout the Old & New Testament God demonstrates 2 things:
1. God Love me first
2. God loves me unconditional so much that He died and rose again for me.
Gen 1:26-27 26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Love requires a response that indicates we either are in love with God or we are not.
God sent Jesus into the world as His ultimate message of love.... Faith and hope surely do motivate us, but love motivates us more dramatically and quickly than anything, we know of. Because Christ loved us, we love Him and the people around us. He came to His own people and His own world, but they did not receive Him. However, He gives power to those who do receive Him, the power to be children of God. He came to make God known to us, so we would love Him as our Father.
It's not good to be a mere spectator and critic. Jesus said, "From everyone who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked" and "to everyone who has, more will be given." This is for our own good, for our own benefit, but we also benefit God when we are productive. We glorify Him by our productivity. We help bring others into His kingdom. Jesus told His disciples (John 13:34) 34"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
Paul put top priority on love just as Jesus did: "Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud, or rude. Love isn't selfish or quick tempered. It doesn't keep a record of wrongs that others do. Love rejoices in the truth, but not in evil. Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful, and trusting. Love never fails... For now there are faith, hope, and love. But of these three, the greatest is love." (1 Corinthians 13:4-13
THE ESSENTIAL TEACHING OF JESUS IS, "LOVE ALL PEOPLE AS YOURSELF." AND THE WAY WE DO THIS IS TO TREAT OTHERS AS WE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

Gardening
As Christians today we must take all the proper steps necessary to grow and mature in our everyday living if we plan to thrive. Our lives are so similar to watching the beautiful flowers and shrubs grow.
When we plant seeds or new flowers, we watch as they start to grow, as we feed them, water them daily and watch as the bees take the sweet nectar, the beautiful butterflies as they graze on the vibrant red and purple blooms. However, we also have to be careful of those same bees as to not be stung by them. Is not life the same? Have you ever watched an ant carry food back to its hill, it can carry so much more than its own weight, how many of us feel we have the burdens on our shoulders that we carry each and every day. Things simple as gardening turn some into satans workers.
Let us look at the story of Naboth and his family. One day he is out working in his vineyard, tending the vines, killing the bugs, pulling out the weeds and whatever else one does when you’re tending a garden. I can’t tell you myself, not much into gardening. I planted flowers all day and I am exhausted. Here he is working so hard, when the king arrives and makes him an offer he cannot refuse, but he does. What happens is that the king wants his vineyard so he can plant a vegetable garden in it; he offers to give him an even better vineyard, or anything else he wants. There is a problem for Naboth though, see this vineyard has been in his family forever. In fact it probably was given to his family hundreds of years before the Israelites had first arrived into the Promised Land to sell his birthright, which was against the law of God, so he didn’t even think about it he just told the king no.
The king went home in a very agile mood, let’s say he was sulking…Poor king, I feel sorry for him he was used to getting his way all the time and this time he hadn’t gotten his own way, he went in and threw his self on the bed having a pity party. He was so mad he did not even come out for dinner. 1Kings 21:6 while he is sulking his wife Queen Jezebel comes in and wants to know what is wrong. King Ahab tells her, how he had went and ask Naboth to sell him his vineyard and let him give him better, and he flat out turned me down. You can almost hear the baby tone in his voice as he goes on. Oh, how I love a woman of authority. She says to him, “Aren’t you the king of Israel?” she proceeds to tell him to get out of bed and eat and to quit the whining and worrying, for I will get Naboth’s vineyard for you. Makes you wonder, who really wore the pants in this family?
Sure enough, Jezebel took this into her own hands. She borrowed the King’s seal and letterhead and wrote letters to the officials of the town where Naboth lived, asking them to order the people in the town to begin a fast and to call for a town hall meeting with everyone in the community. Now this might seem a little strange to us, but to the people of Jezreel it could only mean one thing. They had displeased God and the officials were going to make it right. Along with the call to a fast, Jezebel added one other thing. She wanted the town leaders to find two false witnesses who would swear that they heard Naboth curse God and the King Looks like Jezebel was going to play dirty to me. She would see that Naboth would be executed. At the bottom of the letter, she affixed her husband King Ahabs seal and signature. And that’s what happened, as a matter of fact not only was Naboth stoned to death, but later on we discover that his entire household was put to death, leaving his estate including his vineyard without an heir. Well what is a king supposed to do? The land now reverted to him because the previous owner had been found guilty of treason and blasphemy. Looks like Jezebel was in control after all.
One of the Ten Commandments tells us Exodus 20:17 do not want anything that belongs to someone else. Don’t want anyone’s house, wife or husband, slaves, oxen, donkeys or anything else. It might seem harmless enough and yet that is the very beginning of our problems. God did not just put that commandment in because the Ten Commandments sounded better then the nine commandments; he put it in for a reason. Naboth knew that he would be in violation of God’s law if he sold his vineyard to the King, and do you know what? The King knew that it would be wrong as well, and part of why he was upset was that he knew that Naboth had more integrity then he did. That is never a pleasant discovery.
It’s been said that if you are trying to prove how crooked a stick is, the easiest way is not to debate it, or to argue about it the easiest way is to lay a straight stick next to it
. The next time u are driving along and see how beautiful someone’s garden is, don’t’ want it, or take from it. Instead till up fresh dirt for yourself and plant what grows best where you are. When filling your heart with Jesus, get the necessary tools to give it 100%, remember your soul cannot be bought or sold; it’s your choice just as it was Naboths when it came to selling his vineyard.
When we plant seeds or new flowers, we watch as they start to grow, as we feed them, water them daily and watch as the bees take the sweet nectar, the beautiful butterflies as they graze on the vibrant red and purple blooms. However, we also have to be careful of those same bees as to not be stung by them. Is not life the same? Have you ever watched an ant carry food back to its hill, it can carry so much more than its own weight, how many of us feel we have the burdens on our shoulders that we carry each and every day. Things simple as gardening turn some into satans workers.
Let us look at the story of Naboth and his family. One day he is out working in his vineyard, tending the vines, killing the bugs, pulling out the weeds and whatever else one does when you’re tending a garden. I can’t tell you myself, not much into gardening. I planted flowers all day and I am exhausted. Here he is working so hard, when the king arrives and makes him an offer he cannot refuse, but he does. What happens is that the king wants his vineyard so he can plant a vegetable garden in it; he offers to give him an even better vineyard, or anything else he wants. There is a problem for Naboth though, see this vineyard has been in his family forever. In fact it probably was given to his family hundreds of years before the Israelites had first arrived into the Promised Land to sell his birthright, which was against the law of God, so he didn’t even think about it he just told the king no.
The king went home in a very agile mood, let’s say he was sulking…Poor king, I feel sorry for him he was used to getting his way all the time and this time he hadn’t gotten his own way, he went in and threw his self on the bed having a pity party. He was so mad he did not even come out for dinner. 1Kings 21:6 while he is sulking his wife Queen Jezebel comes in and wants to know what is wrong. King Ahab tells her, how he had went and ask Naboth to sell him his vineyard and let him give him better, and he flat out turned me down. You can almost hear the baby tone in his voice as he goes on. Oh, how I love a woman of authority. She says to him, “Aren’t you the king of Israel?” she proceeds to tell him to get out of bed and eat and to quit the whining and worrying, for I will get Naboth’s vineyard for you. Makes you wonder, who really wore the pants in this family?
Sure enough, Jezebel took this into her own hands. She borrowed the King’s seal and letterhead and wrote letters to the officials of the town where Naboth lived, asking them to order the people in the town to begin a fast and to call for a town hall meeting with everyone in the community. Now this might seem a little strange to us, but to the people of Jezreel it could only mean one thing. They had displeased God and the officials were going to make it right. Along with the call to a fast, Jezebel added one other thing. She wanted the town leaders to find two false witnesses who would swear that they heard Naboth curse God and the King Looks like Jezebel was going to play dirty to me. She would see that Naboth would be executed. At the bottom of the letter, she affixed her husband King Ahabs seal and signature. And that’s what happened, as a matter of fact not only was Naboth stoned to death, but later on we discover that his entire household was put to death, leaving his estate including his vineyard without an heir. Well what is a king supposed to do? The land now reverted to him because the previous owner had been found guilty of treason and blasphemy. Looks like Jezebel was in control after all.

What has your mom done for you?

Would your mom stand before God on your behalf? Maybe, she has already on many occasions. I know my mom has, see a love a mom has for a child is so different from anyone else. She loves you unconditionally, very close to the way the Lord loves you. She hides things for you from your dad, so you want get a good old fashion woo pen. She hides your report cards. Let us just say mom takes up for you, in most cases anyway. All the above was said to us kids numerous times over the years, t we knew she was serious, so we were scared she would tell daddy, oh and the wrath of dad was nothing to look at lightly. How many times did you try to weasel yourself out of something and mom was there to stand up for you, even when she knew u was lying you face off.
Of all your mom can do, she can give her life totally and completely to our Lord Christ. This will have the greatest impact on her children. Here is why; a mom whose heart belongs to the Lord Jesus is a mom who will display a life that shows everything good and right. Because of this, she will instill in her children a need to love the Lord, to walk in His way, and fulfill His calling. The result will be kids who; Seek to find the Jesus who Mom loves so much and to find their own purpose in life and make good decisions for themselves and their children.

Were her sons capable of doing the job that Jesus would need of them; Jesus knew they would not be able to be at the seats on either side, for those would be for the ones who gave all to Him. However, He did promise them a place in His kingdom. Please read this entire chapter and get the entire story. Jesus loves us all, it is simple, ask Him to allow you to work for him and earn a place in His kingdom. Mother’s day is coming soon, if you are blessed to still have your mom with you, please take time and let her know how much you love her today and for all those times she came to your rescue. "Barriers
The definition of a barrier is a structure, such as a fence, built to bar passage. 2. Something immaterial that obstructs or impedes: Intolerance is a barrier to understanding. ...
In John 5 Jesus asked the man at the pool Bethesda, “Do you want to be well?” He had an infirmity for thirty-eight years and was at the pool waiting for his turn to be healed. I believe that Jesus was challenging this man’s mindset, his belief system, and his thought-pattern. Listen to the man’s reply to Jesus’ question. “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up...” The man thought and believed he needed a man to put him into the pool before he could be healed. However, Jesus simply said to him; “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” Jesus was challenging an unhealthy dependence on man. Think of so many people who are stuck today in their predicaments because they are waiting for a man or something else to get them out of it. Take note of Jesus’ three-fold instruction to the man. ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk”. The man needed to rise in his thinking; he needed to rise on the inside above his situation and environment. He needed to rise above everything around him so he could begin to see new possibilities. Do you know that where you are would determine what you see? Isaiah 60:1-4 “Arise, shine; for your light has come! The glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will rise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around and see… you can’t shine if you do not arise in the first place! So, the first step of Jesus’ instruction to the man was ‘Rise’. There is a physical rising, as well as a mental and a spiritual rising; the three are very necessary for us to experience a breakthrough in any situation.
Your encounter with Jesus is the one thing that will position and empower you to break through every barrier in your life now. What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old is gone. A new life has begun!” The Apostle Paul said “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. (Php. 4:13) The Psalmist said “For by you I can run against a troop, by my God I can leap over a wall” (Ps. 18:29) and in verse 32 “It is God who arms me with strength…”
Change the way you see your situations now. Do you see an obstacle or a stepping-stone? What you see determines what you get. God says “Behold I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert”. (Isaiah. 43:19) Note that, this is not about what you can see with your physical eyes. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” God says, “I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things I will do for them and not forsake them.” (Isaiah. 42:16) Believing is seeing! Jesus said “If you would believe, you will see the glory of God.

“Trusting His Way”
Jesus is meeting with his disciples for one last time before his arrest and crucifixion. There is a long conversation in John’s Gospel, and at one point, Jesus tells his disciples not to be worried or upset. Jesus is telling his disciples how to get from point A to point B – how to get from this life to eternal life. How to get to Heaven.
"Do not let your hearts be troubled,” Jesus told them. “Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. In addition, if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going."
Jesus says that WE know that way. But Thomas, who has this wonderful gift of being practical, says, “Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” John 14:1-6
1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
4 You know the way to the place where I am going."
5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?"
6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Now I know a lot of us women out there make fun of men because they refuse to ask for directions, but the Bible does tell us that Thomas did, so guess us ladies have to give the men a break and remind them to follow Thomas’ example. We have to get these directions right. How do we get from Point A – where we are now – to Point B – Heaven? We have to get these directions right. Moreover, thank God for Thomas, who asked that question, “how can we know the way?”

Dreams
Have you ever had a dream (or nightmare) and woken up the next day remembering that you had a bad dream but unable to remember what it was about?
In the book of Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar was probably just like the rest of us who have had a bad dream but been unable to remember the exact content. It is much more common to have a dream and not be able to remember it than to be able to remember a dream in great detail. Yet it was certainly unreasonable for him to demand that other people tell him the content of his dream and to order his wise men be put to death because they could not tell him what his dream was? Why did he feel that this action was okay? But see this wasn’t unreasonable to expect his advisors to tell him the content of his dreams or order their death, however, tyranny does demand total obedience. It doesn’t matter if a demand is difficult or impossible. It must be carried out just because the person in the power demanded it. Unbelievably Nebuchadnezzar was not the first or the last tyrant ruler to make such demands. You have cases today where leaders are making demands beyond what they think people can do but they are going to rant until someone does, because they have become deluded with the power. Good example was hitler, then today you have gang leaders, drug lords, all people who are controlling others and having people ordered to death. Sure, it started with a dream, but where does it end?
The good here is when Nebuchadnezzar had his people approach Daniel to come and interpret his dreams, he (Daniel) asked the king’s official for details. Then, with this information in hand, he asked the king for time to meet the king’s demands. Then he asked his friends to pray with him that God would explain and reveal the mystery. Praying to God is important, but God expects you to do something to, not just dump the whole thing in his lap. Secondly, Daniel enlisted prayer partners. Prayer partners, whether in the mission field or at home are a source of great spiritual power. Although, this is the Old Testament, it presents a similar message to that of Jesus when he said that if two or three pray in his name, the petition will be granted. Matthew 18:19-20: I promise that when any two of you on earth agree about something you are praying for, my Father in heaven will do it for you. 20Whenever two or three of you come together in my name, I am there with you. Daniel immediately thanked God for answering his prayer. Not after, he went to the king, not a week later, but immediately. So should we. After Daniel’s prayer was answered, what did he do?
Again, prayer and action. As we have seen, he first thanked God and gave credit to God. Secondly, he took action. Notice that his first action was to protect the other wise men. He could easily have used this event to promote himself; let the other wise men be killed and then he would be in an even stronger position of power. Nevertheless, he did not. He saved them first. You might think that they would then be grateful to him, but it was just the opposite.
Please read all of chapter two in the book of Daniel to get the entire story of Nebuchadnessar and his dream, You will find that what Daniel saw was who would rule in the end, ”The Kingdom of God”
God will set up an eternal kingdom that will never fail. It is indestructible and can never be destroyed even by the most powerful earthly kingdoms. The good news for us is that those who believe in God are members of his kingdom and are secure in him. No earthly king, ruler, mobster, gangster will ever rule over God. He is the final destination. We all dream, but what will your outcome be? Will you go to God with it and ask for guidance, or will you take it in your own hands. Daniel is a good example…..God bless each of your!

"Living your new life with Christ"
Now that you believe in Jesus Christ, you are a "child of God" and you belong to a new family. The goal of this family is to serve God and to love people. Some people think that Christianity is a set of rules. It is really a relationship between a loving God and his beloved children. (Romans 5:6-11)
Hang in there! When you're discouraged by doubts and failures, remember that growth is a process. God has plans for you, and won't give up on you-ask for God's help. God promises to help you improve (Philippians 1:6).
Becoming a Christian means being willing to let Christ completely change the structure of our lives—adjusting our priorities so that we might begin daily to "seek first the kingdom of God." Our devotion to God must come before all. We must confess our Lord publicly and commit to His purpose for us now.
Don't be surprised by your struggles, everyone has them. Every follower of Jesus has certain vulnerabilities, whether it is losing your temper, materialism, envy, gossip, etc. People may persuade you to disobey God, or you may find yourself in tempting situations. The Bible says that before you accept Jesus, it is very difficult for you to resist temptation (Colossians 1:13). Even after deciding to follow Jesus, people still struggle with temptation and sometimes give into temptation. The good news is, once you've decided to follow Jesus, you will possess the desire to please God daily, and God will continue to help you resist temptation (Romans 7:21-25).
All people sin. When you do sin, it doesn't have to be the end of your relationship with God. Confess your wrongs to God, and He will forgive you. Find Christian friends to support you and hold you accountable.
No matter what happens, God promises you a way to escape any spiritual danger. No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear but when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Enjoy your life with Christ now, be happy, sing praises to His Holy Name, He is worthy, He is LOVE!

Jesus Loves Us
Congratulations on accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, and becoming one of His disciples. This is the most important thing you will ever do in your life. There will be attacks and temptations from God’s enemy, but now you will not need to face them alone, for Jesus has promised to be strong for us.(Be confident in this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6) (Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10) (Jesus said; In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. John 16:33)
Each day as we wake up we are sinners, that will never change while here on earth, it all started in the very beginning, as you will see below. However, you have the opportunity to live a life of sin and know without a doubt your life will exist in Hell, or you can choose God, who loves you so much that He gave us His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to take all of our sins for us. Sure, that seems impossible, but what you will learn as you grow in Christ, Jesus can do everything, see He created us, as well as the universe. He does not hesitate to forgive us when we ask, we do not have to beg Him, and it is His pleasure to make you happy. It also takes your part, you have to be willing to walk away from sin and give your life to God. To accept His will in your life now. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you.

It was motivated by Satan, posing as a talking snake who taunted Eve about God's restriction against eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Cain killed his brother, Abel, after God warned him that he was at risk for sinning. Moses sinned when he disregarded God's instruction to "speak" to the rock to release water for the wandering Israelites in the wilderness. Instead, he struck the rock with a stick. The consequence was that he was not allowed to enter the Promised Land. He died right before the people went in. King David committed the sexual sin of adultery with Bathsheba while her husband, Uriah, was off fighting in David's army. Later, to hide his sin, David ordered Uriah to be killed in battle. The child died soon after it was born, in spite of David's prayers and fasting. King Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, erected two gold calf idols at the borders of Israel. He was remembered as the one who "caused Israel to sin." The result was Israel's captivity by Assyria. A similar refusal to eliminate idolatry caused Judah to go into captivity to Babylon.
Matt. 12:31 I made my sins known to you, and I did not cover up my guilt. I decided to confess them to you, O LORD. Then you forgave all my sins.
God has forgiven all of your sins. No matter what you have done in your pass life... God loves you and forgives you. The enemy (devil) will always try his best to bring guilt and condemnation in your life... but his best is not good enough. We serve a mighty God so just put your trust in Him knowing that you are His child.
Jeremiah 29:11 I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD. They are plans for peace and not disaster plans to give you a future filled with hope. I pray that God will empower you with His Holy Spirit and Peace, which surpasses all understanding.

Last night I was blessed to witness my precious friend as He gave His life to Christ. There is nothing greater to watch than when a child comes out of hiding and lifts a hand for help and our loving Father is standing there waiting patiently and diligently on that hand. He says Knock and I shall answer. God bless you my friend as you start this new journey in your life. There will be hills and valleys on your way to Heaven’s door, but the reward is great. An eternity of no more pain or sorrow, you will find peace, joy, love, hope and comfort in God’s loving arms. Congratulations on your decision to ask Jesus Christ into your life.
Jesus said "No one can come to Me, unless the Father who sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up on the last day.'' (John 6:44). He drew you in, Praise Him now, give Him all the Glory, He is the Mighty I Am!

What to expect? And most importantly, how does a person even begin to get to know God better What follows is a lifelong journey of change and growth as you get to know God better through Bible reading, prayer and interaction with other Christians.
James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. The good news is that God does not desire anyone to be lost. No one! God is "...patient, not wishing for any to perish." (II Peter 3:9). God is "compassionate" (Matthew 9:36; Psalm 86:15) God is "...just" (Romans 3:24-26). God is "Sorrowful" that many are lost (Ezekiel 18:23; 31,32; cf. Matthew 23:37). There are not many ways to be drawn to God. In fact, there is only one way to come to the Father (John 14:6). One cannot get to heaven through Jesus apart from obeying Him (Hebrews 5:9). Those who attempt to enter another way are counted as thieves and robbers and will be unsuccessful (John 10:1).
How does one answer God's call? This is important for you to know because God is calling you. Have you answered? If not, will you? Will you call upon Him? For whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved." (Acts 2:21). The people who heard this wanted to know how to do so (Acts 2:37) They were told "Repent and be baptized, everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" (Acts 2:38). Men must believe and obey (Mark 16:16). Saving faith is alive, not dead, and proves itself by obedience to the gospel. The gospel is God's call to us by which we are drawn to Him. Our obedient faith needs to be the answer we give His call.
Getting close to God is easy; staying close to God is more difficult. With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, staying close to God requires commitment and dedication. Starting your morning off with a conscious desire to draw close to God will ensure a day full of God's presence. God is always close to you, it is up to you to remain close to Him. Start each day by saying good morning to God. Psalm 5:3 says, "I lay my requests before you Lord in the morning, and I wait in hopeful expectation." Acknowledging God in the morning is a great way to draw closer to Him and establishes a relationship that remains throughout the day. As you pray to God your urgent requests, you will wait expectantly for His answers. Realizing that God wants to bless you with the desire of your heart will keep you focused on Him as you wait. Choose one scripture to meditate on. Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me." This is the perfect prayer request to start any day. Ask God to mold you into the person He wants you do be. As you choose to live right, you will get closer to God.
Every good and perfect gift comes from God above, but we are told there is a devil that prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to destroy. Always beware! The closer you get to God the more opposition you will experience. However, take heed, God is greater and you can overcome.
Trust and obey. Then, leave the rest in the hands of the one, true, gracious, and merciful God of heaven. Read 1 Samuel 15:22

Reaching out to Jesus
When was the last time someone approached you to tell you about the Lord. When have you reached out and told someone about the Lord? I try to reach out to others daily and let them know that there is someone who cares for them and loves them everyday, every minute and every second. As, far as when someone reached out to me and asked me about the Lord, I can’t recall. I like to believe it’s because they see the Lord in me, I’m not scared to let anyone know who I worship or to spread His good news.
I know I personally don’t do enough to let others know how precious our Father is, and how He never lets us down. Sometimes, I get angry because I want something and it just don’t happen, I wonder why I’m not good enough for that job promotion, why am I always chosen last, is it because I’m not pretty enough, overweight, or my personality isn’t great, so I get angry with God. Over, the years I have realized that it didn’t happen because it wasn’t part of God’s plan for my life, for He knew my future from the minute I was brought into existence, see folks He created us each in His image with a purpose. I am just now starting to realize what my purpose is.
Have you ever had someone do something for you that was really special. You wanted to express you gratitude and yet found the only thing you could do was to say "thank you". Even as you said it, you felt it wasn’t enough.
I think this most of the time when I think about all that God has done for me. I want to show how much I appreciate it, but struggle with knowing how. David who the Bible says, "was a man after God's own heart", meaning he was a spiritual man. He had many great achievements in his life for the Lord, and many failures and trials. He was a man acquainted with great victories, but he experienced many tragedies also. He knew the value of being thankful and publicly expressing it.
You honor God and spread the Gospel when you tell people the truth....God is good, He loves each person and wants to see all men/women everywhere saved and having received forgiveness of sin and eternal life. WE CAN SHOW OUR GRATITUDE TO THE LORD BY PROCLAIMING GOD'S GREATEST AND PRAISE TO OTHERS. Psa. 107:1-2.
WE CAN SHOW OUR GRATITUDE BY PRAYING AND ASKING GOD TO MEET OUR NEEDS. PHIL 4:6.
"Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Psa 37:5 He came to this earth with the sole purpose to go to that old rugged cross and there to suffer the agony of paying the penalty for all the sins of the world. That means you and me. Because he loved us....we can have life, forgiveness of sin and heaven. Nothing compares to what our God and our Savior did for us.
Surely....surely...we must show Him honor and gratitude, by accepting Him as Lord and Savior and living a life of eternal gratitude thanking Him for doing so much for us.
Take time and Reach out to someone today!

"Drinking and Christianity"
I tried hard not to write on this subject today, I started, it and then thought no I will write on something else, but the Spirit told me this is what I want you to tell everyone. This world has become a place of social drinking, to a weekend of drinking. Our teenagers out partying all weekend then getting behind the wheel of a car. Take time and look at the statistics of death caused by drinking, and not only car accidents, there are those with kidney, liver disease, then you have those who persuade others to have just one beer. Do you know what someone else can handle? Are you aware of what medications they may be taking? Have you ever killed anyone? Hopefully not, but if you talked someone into a drink, you may of just taken their opportunity to be a God fearing person and excepting God into their life, so in fact you just killed them. On the other hand, maybe they were already a Christian, and you convinced them that one drink would not hurt and then they were in an accident on the way home, or took their behavior out on their loved ones at home. Nothing good can come out of alcohol, think before you cause someone else to die eternally.
A mother lost her life to a drunk driver in the above picture...Yes it could be you........It is so true that alcohol and Christianity do not go well together. As a Christian we need to be alert at all times, so that we don’t miss any opportunity to bring someone’s walk closer to God, as well as our own. When under the influence your brain does not work as fast, rather you have one drink or several.
Paul writes to the Church of Ephesus regarding the duties of the Christian, "Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit." (Ephesians 5:17, 18). There is no question in my mind that Paul is saying to us not to be controlled by liquor, but to understand what the will of the Lord is, and to be controlled by His Holy Spirit. It is my personal belief that it is impossible for a Christian to be controlled by 'spirits' (booze) and at the same time be controlled by the Holy Spirit.
Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. Num 6:3 He shall separate [himself] from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.
Rom. 14:21 clearly teaches that Christians should totally abstain, the reason being that it is good "neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak."
1 Co. 6:9-10. Here, the Bible teaches that drunkenness will send a person to hell. "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God." This does not mean that a drunkard can never be saved, because the next verse says that some of the Corinthians committed these very acts before they were converted. A person can be gloriously set free from drunkenness, by receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and by following His teachings. Many people have experienced such a release! However, the tragedy is that if a person continues in drunkenness, refusing to let Jesus be the Lord, preferring rather to let king alcohol rule that one can look for nothing but a drunkard's grave and eternity in the lake of fire. "Be not deceived," the Bible, says, "the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God."
Christians who drink cause others to stumble (Ro. 14:21). Wine is a mocker and a deceiver (Pr. 20:1). No man who takes an alcoholic beverage to his lips knows exactly where it will lead.
I think alcohol is definitely a tool in which the enemy destroys people. I know some of you that read this won’t believe what I have to say about the topic, and it’s not me that I care if u like, it’s what the word says that matters. Please remember if you find a scripture that speaks of drinking, read the entire book. Yes, the Bible speaks of Jesus drinking wine, not being a drunkard, but please do your research before you tell anyone it won’t hurt them. Give it to God, always.

"Rest"
Many people have different ideas of what rest is like, for some people rest is reading a good book, for others it is watching a football game on Sunday afternoons, for others it is sleeping in on Saturday mornings.
Rest is God's plan for Christians who are going through testing, who are having problems. Rest is the means by which Christians can have JOY, happiness in this life, which does not depend on people, circumstances, or things. Think of it! God promises that you can have the peace and joy of God, in spite of what is happening in your life, in spite of the problems and testing that you are going through.
Exodus 33:14) And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
(Matthew) Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength." Be worried for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
"For we which have believed do enter into rest"
God doesn't get tired; He doesn't need to rest in the way that humans do. His rest was when He "ended his work which he had made":
"Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made." (Genesis 2:1-3 KJV)
It’s crunch time for everyone, you have to take time out to rest, be properly nourished so that you can further your knowledge in the Lord. We have to be prepared every day of our lives to be able to reach out and bring the lost sheep home. Rest is so important, even God rested as you read above. So…God isn’t exactly saying “Rest when you have time”, He’s serious about you setting aside time to rest! – God allows us to take a break and this is good! We can celebrate!
It’s a chance for us to relax and recharge. Reflect at what He has done for us. He wants us to drink in the blessings that He has given, but if we are going so fast all the time, everything will be blurred and we will never receive what is in store for us…Take time out to rest.

Christians go thru depression too!
Not knowing what we face today sometimes is hard; there are days we just do not feel like getting out of bed even. If we could just pull, the covers up over our head and sleep it away. I have been here, I know the feeling all so well. He is God, why doesn’t He help me? Why cant I find joy in things I do? Sure, I definitely know God and know what He does for me, but I cant get my mind to focus, I cant think, just leave me alone…
Depression has been called the “common cold” of mental disorders. Depression affects millions of us daily. Christians and non-Christians alike. If you suffer from depression you may be experiencing intense feelings of sadness, anger, hopelessness, fatigue, and a variety of other symptoms. You probably feel useless, have lost interest and people that you once enjoyed. Depression can be set off by many things, including a loss of job, death of a loved one, divorce, or psychological problems such as abuse or low self-esteem.
Philippians 4:1 commands us to rejoice (whether we feel like it or not!). And James 1:2 asks us to “Consider it all joy when we fall into various trials.” Notice that James doesn't tell us to feel joyful; he tells us to reckon, to choose to think about your situation as a spot where you can have joy. Trusting what God says rather than your feelings is certainly a more realistic approach to life!
When you are feeling down, its important as a Christian that you stay in the word, and in prayer even when you don’t feel like it. Your emotions will lead you astray and this is when satan moves in. God’s word stands firm, and never changes. You must keep your faith in God and hold tightly to His promise that He wont put more on you than you can handle.
(1 Corinthians 10:13). 13There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. Although being depressed is not a sin, one is still accountable for the response to the affliction, including getting the professional help that is needed. “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name” (Hebrews 13:15). By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
If you wake up feeling like you can’t go on today, remember God loves you so much that He gave us His only son. Below are a few things that can help you thru this part of your journey here on earth. But we must keep the future front in our hearts and mind, keep your focus on the final reward. “Eternity in Heaven”
Avoid being alone. (Remember Jesus will never leave you, nor forsake you).

Depression has been called the “common cold” of mental disorders. Depression affects millions of us daily. Christians and non-Christians alike. If you suffer from depression you may be experiencing intense feelings of sadness, anger, hopelessness, fatigue, and a variety of other symptoms. You probably feel useless, have lost interest and people that you once enjoyed. Depression can be set off by many things, including a loss of job, death of a loved one, divorce, or psychological problems such as abuse or low self-esteem.
Philippians 4:1 commands us to rejoice (whether we feel like it or not!). And James 1:2 asks us to “Consider it all joy when we fall into various trials.” Notice that James doesn't tell us to feel joyful; he tells us to reckon, to choose to think about your situation as a spot where you can have joy. Trusting what God says rather than your feelings is certainly a more realistic approach to life!
When you are feeling down, its important as a Christian that you stay in the word, and in prayer even when you don’t feel like it. Your emotions will lead you astray and this is when satan moves in. God’s word stands firm, and never changes. You must keep your faith in God and hold tightly to His promise that He wont put more on you than you can handle.
(1 Corinthians 10:13). 13There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. Although being depressed is not a sin, one is still accountable for the response to the affliction, including getting the professional help that is needed. “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name” (Hebrews 13:15). By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
If you wake up feeling like you can’t go on today, remember God loves you so much that He gave us His only son. Below are a few things that can help you thru this part of your journey here on earth. But we must keep the future front in our hearts and mind, keep your focus on the final reward. “Eternity in Heaven”
Avoid being alone. (Remember Jesus will never leave you, nor forsake you).

"Citizenship"
Where are you a citizen?
Today I had an employee come to me about her documentation to be eligible to live and work in the United States. I have known her for a year now, and she is a very sweet kind lady. We were talking and I decided I would take a chance to see if she knew God and what He stands for. What I found was that she did somewhat. Well, for me there is no somewhat, you either do or don’t. By the time I was thru, I felt she knew more about the wonderful God that I serve and how her citizenship into Heaven was far more important than her citizenship here in the United States. I am amazed more and more each day at the growing number of people who do not know God. I ask Him to give me wisdom and courage to shout His name everywhere I go. If I can touch one, I know I can touch two, and then before I know it I will have touched many, giving Jesus all the glory. I am a mere vehicle ready and willing to spread the gospel. I hope that you know where you live today, where your citizenship is recorded, if not I ask that today you take a leap of faith and ask our heavenly Father to forgive you for all your sins and help you to travel a higher road for him. Our time here is short, but our time as a citizen in Heaven is eternal. If you need a friend to help you on this journey, please reach out, I too will be glad to pray with you personally.
Heaven is eternal. Heaven is the dwelling place of God. Heaven is wrapped in light, peace, joy, and perfection. A land is glorious and fair. In addition, each part of that land is glorious because it reflects the glory of God. It consists in perfect fellowship with God. It is rich beyond compare in love and mercy and grace.
He is in heaven now, says the Bible (I John 2), as our advocate with the Father. He intercedes for us as a merciful and compassionate Jesus.. He rules to serve the purpose of God and to bring about the eternal kingdom of our God. Still more, Jesus Christ is in heaven as the pledge that we, too, must go to be with Him. Because He is in heaven, all those who belong to Him shall also be with Him.
Where will you reside? Is Heaven your final destination? Will you be a citizen in that wonderful kingdom called Heaven?

Praise His Name
These past few months have been very trying with so much illness and surgeries. However, all my friends have pulled together and stayed in constant prayer. The Lord has not let us down, each and everyone has come thru his or her surgeries with Jesus as the Physician watching over them, including myself. Today my dear friend was taken off life support and is breathing on her own, my niece did not lose her baby, and a dear friend came thru heart surgery, over the past, few weeks we had another sis have heart surgery and a brother have knee surgery. In addition, in each case we have had great results. An ever present God assured us of this, so we prayed and sang, giving glory to Him, never for a second doubting His ability to heal, for His word told us He would. We give Him thanks, praise and glory. The Word of God says; Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Jesus has given all of us that are born again a measure of faith. God's word teaches us what faith is and how we must learn to use our faith; we need it every day of our lives. God's word is so simple, that we almost miss it, we add to it, subtract from it, and read between the lines. What we need to do is learn to totally trust God, accept his word as the Holy Spirit teaches us, and do it!

Jesus told Peter to come on the water towards him, Peter began to walk on the water, then he began to look at the waves and wind and began to sink. He started looking towards what he could see and feel and not on Jesus. Jesus said to him "O ye of little faith, Why did you doubt"?(Does this sound familiar? Have you ever done this? I surely have.)
Some of us feel unworthy to come before God, I know myself I have many times felt like this and just let it go. Then later realize if only I had went to God, if only! The bible tells us to believe in His name, by doing so you have earned that right. Praise His Holy Name!
John. 1:2
To all who receive Jesus, to those who believe in His name, He gave the right to become sons of God.
Our healing comes by faith, Jesus has completed His part, He died for us, he has forgiven our sins and by His stripes, we were healed.
When we say we can’t be healed, our words are already talking for us. (If we say I hope, I'll get better or maybe, I'm not sure, I'm not worthy). These are all negative. We need to BELIEVE when we ask God and talk the talk of faith. Thank you for my healing, speak positive words, rebuke Satan, stand firm until the manifestation comes. This is what we have been doing, and the results show it. Lets give Him all the glory and praise for He is worthy! God bless and heal each of you from all your iniquities. Believe, have faith and trust in His Name, Jesus!

Have you ever given a thought to the bird's wonderful power of flight? Their arms are wings, enabling them to rise above the ground and to fly quickly through the air. Birds also have very quick, sharp sight. An eagle or a hawk as he circles about, high in the air, is watching the little objects on the ground far below. I cannot even imagine how quick a little bird's sight must be, to fly safely through the woods, in and out among the branches! In addition, we must not forget the sweet songs of some birds and the bright colors of others, which are their means of sharing with us the delights of their happy life.
As I put seed in the birdfeeder, today the birds flew quickly away, however the bees taking the sweet nectar from the new spring buds did not. The squirrels went quickly up the tree, but not out of sight. This made me realize just how beautiful nature is, and how they all exist together, fighting, making known they belong. The same as people, we can only share the same space for so long until we are fighting or arguing. The bible talks several times about the different birds, and their purpose and how we are liken to these birds, so I went in search of some examples and here is what I found for you. What an awesome Lord we serve!
The Lord's care for the sparrows - The "sparrow " in the Bible is usually a general name for all little birds - suggests His knowledge of all our passing thoughts and His care for them. "Not one of them shall fall to the ground without your Father." (Matt) "Yea, the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young.
In this we see how the Lord loves us so much, and how He compares us to the sparrow but how He holds us up like the Eagle. He will not let you fall without catching you and His Heavenly light always shines on you. Spread your wings for your Father, He will lift you off the ground to do His work.
One bird we must especially remember, the dove. We all know its gentle loving nature. It is among birds what the lamb is among animals. And to what affection does the lamb correspond? To innocent love for the Lord and for one another. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him."
What a joy!! What a satisfaction!! At the end of my life when I look back, what will I find? Heartbreaking frustration like Solomon, or joyful satisfaction like Paul? The answer depends on whether I am living my life on the basis of the here-and-now or on the Wings of Eternity. My journey is taking me on wings of love to eternity…how about yours?

"Change"
When did change begin? We look at our world today and the people around us and wonder when did things start going so wrong. Everywhere we look, we find sin. The world is eat up with the riches of the world, who has the nicest home, or car. You open up the newspaper and its one devastation after another from floods, earthquakes, mine explosions, robberies, and drive by shootings. We talk about the prices of gas going up, to laundry detergent, economy slumping, to a controlled world. Just how many know when it all began and how it all will end?
Genesis 2:18-4:2; 4:25 God made a creature ‘in his own image’. This creature had a nature that was essentially creative. It could imagine, invent, and change the world, as God did in the Genesis story. The creature was itself an expression of the creative energy of God. The creature was alone, so God created a mate for it. He took a bone from the creature's rib cage and fashioned Woman - Eve. Man would never be complete again unless there was a woman beside him.
She, it seems, was even more creative (and therefore God-like?) than her mate Adam. When one of the reptiles in the Garden of Eden spoke to her, suggesting she try something new, she was intrigued. She had been given the power of choosing and of making decisions. If she did as the reptile suggested and ate the Apple, she might gain new understanding and wisdom. Unfortunately, Eve was an innocent. She had no previous experience of deceit, so she believed what she was told. She made her choice, deciding to seek knowledge of good and evil rather than be obedient to God's command.
Each day we test our own abilities and push forward without wisdom or knowledge. The quest for knowledge should always be balanced by wisdom. We, like Eve learn this the hard way. She took the apple to Adam, and he ate it without even questioning, he didn’t take time to consider what would happen. This is when the world changed, the Garden of Eden was lost, just as it continues to be lost, everyday in our world now.
God wanted perfection for us all; He created Adam from His own image, creating Eve by using a rib from Adam. He gave them a beautiful place to live, but even then, that wasn’t enough. Sound familiar to you, if it does, please take time out and seek God today, He is still giving us all we need to survive, He will never leave nor forsake you. Will all the tragedy stop? No, it won’t until the day Jesus comes back, and he will my brothers and sisters, so you have to prepare now. Below you will find some of His promises…He doesn’t go back on HIS WORD…TRUST….BELIEVE, LOVE and have FAITH.
“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33‘
Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah. Psalm 46:1-3,7

Cultuvating your Garden
The signs of spring are everywhere. The days are longer; the birds are chirping their beautiful songs, even the bees are at work. Buds are swelling; and many bulbs are pushing their way up through the earth. Spring, for me, is the season when it feels as if my senses are waking from a long nap, from a long cold winter. I am suddenly more aware of the new life that is beginning to bloom all around me.
Spring is a time that we get out, get our hands dirty, and dig in the dirt. Gardening is like your spiritual growth in God. If you think about the garden you work on, does it bring you, joy? Do you like working in it? Tilling the soil, Planting small seeds, Watching the growth come out of the earth, Smelling the scents of the early daffodils,Seeing the bees and butterflies add to the garden's life? One of the first chores we can enjoy now is pruning and taking off the branches that are no longer necessary, shaping the shrubs so they show character. When you wake early in the morning its such a good time to get the tools out and shape, while the morning air is still cool. This helps them grow fuller and keeps the legs of the tree from being straggly, and or bare. This scripture comes to mind as I write this, John 15:1-2: "I am the true vine, and my father is the vine grower. He removes every branch in me that bears no fruit. Every branch that bears fruit he prunes to make it bear more fruit." Jesus knew a lot about farming, and much of what he said related to what people did every day; he compared these daily tasks to how we should live, showing how everything we do can be related to God. It sounds simple, but if you pay attention to it, the practice can change your spiritual life. pruning is clipping away to get the shape you want; Each cut removes dead wood and allows more room for the plant to breathe and grow. how do we know what to trim, to eliminate and change? I am reminded of all the extras in my own life that I need to lessen so I can become more wholly centered. It Is never easy to prune things in our lives, we are so sentimental about everything, we are committed to materialistic things. However to make change and room for new we have to start pruning our lives to live a better life that is in line with God’s will. To start shaping each branch of our life.
For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and return not thither but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and prosper in the thing for which I sent it" (Isa. 55:10-11)
Soon it will be time to start seeding, but before you can do that you have to get the steps in order, so we shall start with pruning. My prayer for you is that I hope each of you will see what needs to be pruned out of your life so that you can be made whole in Christ in preparation of planting seeds, eternal seeds.
You the gardener work the fertile soil for the seed, however; God provided it for you. Now its up to you to add prayer and encouragement for God's plan to take hold. As the season continues, we will discuss the planting of the seeds. Look into your life and start pruning in preparation for this seeding.

How does it feel to be wrongfully accused?
Have you been wrongfully accused of something that you didn't commit? Do you feel as if no one could ever understand how humiliating and frustrating that can feel? Did you ever think of Jesus as a criminal and embrace that part of your Lord?
Psalm 109:21 But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.
Here is a man who is under attack from rather unscrupulous persons. Those who attack him so bitterly are obviously not to be trusted. They are deceitful, he says. They are wicked. In other words, they are determined upon evil, and they are thoroughly unscrupulous; they do not care what they say or what they do. With lying tongues they are out to destroy. Someone who has deliberately sought to slander you, to besmirch your character, or ruin your reputation, has unjustly accused you and you know just how this man felt. Furthermore, these people are wholly unjustified in this attack. He says they do this without a cause, at least as far as the psalmist David can see, and we take him to be an honest man. He sees absolutely no reason for their accusations. They are afflicting him, upsetting him, and attacking him without his having given them any reason to do so.
What shall he do? Well, what he does is beautiful. He commits the whole matter to the Lord in prayer. This closing prayer of the psalm is a marvelous picture of the right attitude, the right reaction, and the right way to handle this kind of a situation.
When God's people are being persecuted, then God is also being persecuted. It is up to God to defend His name, not people. Recall that when Saul of Tarsus was converted on the Damascus road and the Lord Jesus appeared to Him that Saul cried out to Him and said, Lord, who are you? Jesus said, I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. Saul was persecuting the Christians, but when he was persecuting them, he was also persecuting the Lord. God is involved in His people's trials. God is involved in what happens to His own. The psalmist, understanding this, commits the whole cause to God and says, God, you deal with it. It is Your problem. Your name is involved; you handle it on my behalf for Your name's sake. Is that not a thoroughly Christian reaction?
Precious Father I think I am strong and self-sufficient when I am not. I sometimes act as if I don't need anyone else, but deep inside, I know that I do. Put me around others who love You, Lord. Make me stronger through the relationships I develop. Father please forgive me for falsely accusing anyone in my life and lead me to a path that will lead to Heavens door. Father, forgive me for striking back when I have been falsely accused. Help me to commit my cause to You, trusting that You know how to work these things out. Father please forgive me all my sins and all the sins others have created against me. Father I ask today that you help all those in this world that deal with jealousy, for I find it has control over them, making them make bad judgments, which does lead to false accusations. God please bless every one of us. I love you in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen!

When God's people are being persecuted, then God is also being persecuted. It is up to God to defend His name, not people. Recall that when Saul of Tarsus was converted on the Damascus road and the Lord Jesus appeared to Him that Saul cried out to Him and said, Lord, who are you? Jesus said, I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. Saul was persecuting the Christians, but when he was persecuting them, he was also persecuting the Lord. God is involved in His people's trials. God is involved in what happens to His own. The psalmist, understanding this, commits the whole cause to God and says, God, you deal with it. It is Your problem. Your name is involved; you handle it on my behalf for Your name's sake. Is that not a thoroughly Christian reaction?
Precious Father I think I am strong and self-sufficient when I am not. I sometimes act as if I don't need anyone else, but deep inside, I know that I do. Put me around others who love You, Lord. Make me stronger through the relationships I develop. Father please forgive me for falsely accusing anyone in my life and lead me to a path that will lead to Heavens door. Father, forgive me for striking back when I have been falsely accused. Help me to commit my cause to You, trusting that You know how to work these things out. Father please forgive me all my sins and all the sins others have created against me. Father I ask today that you help all those in this world that deal with jealousy, for I find it has control over them, making them make bad judgments, which does lead to false accusations. God please bless every one of us. I love you in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen!

How does Faith affect you?
Today has been a real struggle mentally and physically. As I remain in constant prayer for my friend Gail, I personally deal with pain. As I put my hands in the trust of my worldly physician today to do some stem cell /steroid injections in both knees to give me relief from the physical pain my body is feeling, I was lying there crying from the pain when it hit me, where was my faith today.
I like so many others have the greatest faith for others but seem to lose it when it comes to me. I had to be there for three hours today, so I had plenty of time to think. We go thru many things each day living on faith of the wrong things; you get in the car and drive on faith. You don'' know if you are going to make it to your destination alive or not, but you go. You have faith that the food you buy that is grown by strangers is not harmful, so you eat it. You have faith that the doctors you see are competent. Therefore, you put yourself in their hands. If you did not have faith, if you did not trust others you would not be able to drive, eat, or get help in times of sickness. Your life would be very difficult.
Hebrews 11:4 says, "By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead." (NIV)(KJV) By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.We do not know many details of Abel's faith. We do not know just how much was revealed to him. But we do know that his faith caused him to worship God. He picked the best of his flock to sacrifice to God. "and Abel brought of the firstlings of his flock and of their fat portions. And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering, (Genesis 4:4, RSV). He brought it to the place of sacrifice. It was natural for Abel's faith in God to manifest itself in a blood sacrifice; (KJV vs)And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: a sacrifice that pointed to the Messiah. It was natural for Abel to worship. There is something wrong with the Christian who does not worship. Faith looks for opportunities to worship.
It is by faith that you are saved; you are justified; cleansed, and look forward to the return of Jesus. Faith is where you please God, admit your dependence upon Him, and continually seek to rely upon Him and His grace. "What has faith changed in your life?

A Time of Healing
One of the greatest of all Paul's prayers is found in Ephesians: ...making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe... (Ephesians 1:16-19)
Of all the phrases Paul ever wrote, this one phrase resonates with me like almost nothing else: "that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened." That is exactly what I want: the eyes of my heart to be enlightened. It is not enough to hear the gospel and say, "OK, I'll buy that." I want to see it for the hope that it is. I want to understand that my inheritance is rich beyond measure. I want to know in my heart how great is the powerful hand reaching down to save me. I want to see past the difficulties of today to the joy of an eternal life of righteousness. This is what I want; this is what I sometimes fear I cannot do; this is what God can and will do for me. Paul knows God will do this for a believer; that is why he prays for it.
Later in Ephesians is another equally compelling prayer:
...that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man; so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:16-19)
Life in this age can be tough, and painful. It is so easy for us to lose sight of our existence: that God in Christ is saving us with a love so deep that we cannot find its limits. At times, we may feel weak for lack of the knowledge of God's love; Paul is praying that we would be dragged into its depths and soaked in it. Not just that we would "feel" loved; such feelings come and go. Paul wants us to know how deeply God loves us so that we can stand firm in the face of today's discouragement.
Today has been a trying day, I have cried for my friends today, as two are in surgery as I write this, one on life support. I need to go to prayer for there is nothing I can do.
Father, I come to you with a heavy heart today, but as Paul tells us you love us so much and you can’t stand knowing that one of your children is suffering. Father I am asking for your loving hands to be on my friends today as they undergo sugery, Father fear evokes us because we don’t know what you have planned for them, but I ask for your healing touch in Gail and Jr’s body today as they undergo these procedures. Father if you can just lay your hands on that open wound in Gails body and make it whole again. Father I ask that her body doesn’t need a bag the rest of her life, for see im not even questioning that she will be ok, for your word gives us hope. Father please give strength to Jr’s lungs and let this procedure be successful in his knee, Father He is a man with a heart after you, give Him the wisdom to do more for you. I thank you today for the love that you have shown to me and all my family and friends. I thank you for this healing in Jesus’ Holy name. Amen!
